I bought a Hybrid Posturpedic Bed, Ease Adjustable frame and Posturpedic pillows. I have had them now for at least a week and I love them all. Chance was so knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. He was honest about which products he likes and which ones were over hyped. We went back and brought the mother-in-law to purchase a pillow. Starting "almost" over and what better place to start when furnishing your home then the place you're gonna lay your head. I've been here a couple of years ago but this time it was really an experience. The salesman, I believe his name was Chavon, exhibited great customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and he asked me have I been there before. He then proceeded to ask me questions about my sleep patterns/ habits to get a better sense of what mattress would work best for me. As we're going through the questions I was shown several beds that he thought would work best for me. Most of them were good choices. Once I found the most comfortable bed, he told me the price and I immediately realized that it wasn't as comfortable as I thought lol. I told him my price range and he took me exactly where I needed to go! Found a mattress that was a bit better than the one I bought the last time I was here. Checkout was easy. Kenton was amazing. i'm so glad that we stopped in when we did and we were able to work with him. He was VERY knowledgeable about all of the products and as he stated, he's not a salesmen. He was able to help us choose our very first bed together and i'm so excited about it. We were able to ask questions about the longevity of the bed we selected and what health benefits we could gain with getting the adjustable base which I never knew I needed and Kenton had all the answers! My wife and I walked in to Mattress Firm with our 3 month old with the intent of just checking out the sale. We met Gary who welcomed us us with a big smile and handshake. My concerns of a pushy salesman immediately dissipated as we started talking and trying different mattresses. After an hour or so and trying and retrying several mattresses (while Ms Andrea generously held our son and rocked him to sleep), we found a mattress that we both liked, checked out, and got a delivery scheduled in 2 days. My fiancé and I went here on 2/15/15. We were greeted by Garry who asked us what we were looking for, our sleep habits, positions, and if we had looked at any other mattresses. He then began to give us a little education on mattresses, brands, and how they can change from store to store to store. He had us lay on a few we spoke of before and then took us to some new ones we hadn't tried. During the entire time Garry never rushed us, and he want hovering over us either. He sat on a diagonal from us and kept asking us questions, how does it feel, any pressure, what do you think, etc. At the end of it he worked up a price with a deal and really worked with us to get to our price range and get as many of the deals we could. Garry then asked us about others we saw and the prices. He even told us yes some of have other ones were a little better then what we were looking at. However, the one we were looking at was going to be a floor model. Again Garry was nice to inform us that those do not have a warranty. That night we couldn't make a decision and really needed one night to sleep on it. Since it is a big purchase. Even with the president day weekend sales Garry said he would honor the price tomorrow when we could call or come in. Well we made a decision and went in the next day and bought it! I had the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a mattress at the Sleepy's in Towson. NO pressure! The salesperson, a nice woman who was new to the job, asked me questions, directed me and informed me, but then allowed me time on my own to try out beds without her being right next to me, but close enough for questions. When I had made my decision, she brought me over to Gary, the store manager. Again, no pressure from him, questions answered and suggestions offered. In fact, he suggested something that was lesser priced. In the end he was able to get me a great deal, and I was able to afford an adjustable base, which is heaven!! I've only had the bed/base for 3 nights, but I haven't slept this well in a long time. The shopping experience was great and the delivery quick and easy. I purchased a Mattress with base and pillows Homan was the sales person and everything went smooth; We schedule a delivery date for July 6; I received an email and automated call with delivery times on July 5 confirming that I would receive my bed on July 6; after the stated delivery time passed I called the store; Don really did not want to help; he made every excuse not to do his job; he said he was only there to help out that day ; the warehouse was closed; the reason why I did not get my bed was that lazy people don't want to go back to work, Yes, he said that, he could not do anything with my order. At that point I am so frustrated; I asked my husband to deal with the store. I had police call my house saying that I wanted to harm Don, he is a liar, I told the police that, I have never had a business call the police when they fail to deliver your products. Don is a liar and should not be working in a customer service role. Homan came back from vacation the next day, called was pleasant did not make excuses apologized, and with one called solved everything and delivery was rescheduled. My husband and I needed a new mattress because we just moved to Baltimore. We were shopping on Memorial Day and went to several places, and I will say... If you are in the Baltimore area and need a mattress, this is the place to go! Ask for Andrea - she is sooo knowledgeable and had the perfect balance of being really helpful but also giving you space to make your decisions without pressure. She was great at explaining the differences between mattresses and we felt that she really listened to what we wanted instead of just trying to sell us something. Super nice people but the delivery service is AWEFUL. How does a company miss a 4 hour delivery window by an hour and a half? And doesn't even take the two minutes needed to call and provide an update. Plus, when you do try to call and find out what's going on, it's nearly impossible to get through. Read Before You Go! We bought a very expensive mattress. Listed was 4,300., sale price 3,850 ish. She gave it to us for roughly 2,850. with some pillows (working from memory). You get a guarantee and can return mattress within a given time frame. Here is the kick, for the return to be honored you need to buy the 150.00 vinyl mattress cover that prohibits any liquid from getting on the mattress. It is hot and inhibits one of the mattresses features of staying cool during the night. The BIG kick is if I want to return it for a firmer or softer version of the same mattress, I will have to pay full price for the new mattress - no sale price given. Had I realized this, I probably would have walked out. Negotiate the return policy before you start testing! read more

These people f***ed us over. They were supposed to deliver in the afternoon Monday and then on Sunday night we get a call saying they are coming at 9 am when we live 3 hours away from where it was getting delivered which is why we purposely specified for afternoon. Of course the phone number is automated and automatically hangs up so there is no way to get in touch with anybody and the stores are closed on Sunday. They only wait 15 min at the delivery sight and the store doesn't open until 10am and so we didn't get the mattress because they took it back to the warehouse. Horrible business and the *same day delivery* that they advertise is total bullshit. Would never buy another mattress from here again as they clearly don't know how to run a proper business. read more
