For anyone planning on buying a mattress from here, be careful because they scam you out of money, they tell you you have 4 months to return the mattress but won't tell you that you have to pay 150, also the delivery is also a scam desvive to get 90 dollars out of you, it's better to ask them to leave the mattress outside and for you to bring it in cuz that way it's free and also if you want your money back they would still try to charge your 150 meaning you just gave them your money for free, in case you guys want to change the mattress because it doesn't fit tell the person who brought it to take it back right away cuz then they try to charge that same 150 dollar fee, and there is another store that sells the same mattress with better service across that one called Ashely where they sell all home furniture. read more

We ordered the top of the line Tempurpedic, the delivery people came yesterday late afternoon and set it up. After making the bed, about an hour later the delivery guy was at my front telling me they gave us the wrong mattress!!!! They then brought the new mattress in and set it up while I was downstairs and then left. When I went upstairs to see our new extremeley expensive mattress, I found that the size was wrong and it was 6" from our headboard. Since it was after hours I sent a message through their website. I have been trying to call the Union store since 10AM and no one answers and the stupid phone number keeps asking for an access code. I NEED MY MATTRESS THAT WE PAID FOR TODAY!!!!! I saw an sale ad from Mattress Firm and though it would be a good idea to check it out. I went through their online chat even though I was hesitant at the time. This process began August 7, 2020 and on at the beginning of October I had not received my order. First, I received an email delaying the order to the end of the month of August. When the movers arrived, they stated they could not get the box spring up the stairs. And I should return the order. And request a spliter box spring. I contacted Mattress Firm and set Sept. 5 as the new date. I received an email changing the delivery date to September 27, 2020. I went to one of the stores because the online delivery info. did not show the change info. I was told the new date was the 21st. On the 21st, the company sent the mattress only. The mover was irritated because I wanted both pieces I ordered. I was told again to send it back. I had to wait until the next day to go into the store. I went into one of their locations. The sales person says, the box spring was to come on the 27th. He reissued the order for the 27th. On the 26th, I did not receive a confirming email. I checked online again, and noticed the order had a full size mattress and a queen size spliter box spring. On the 28th I canceled my order and requested my money back. It is now October 12, 2020 and I still have not been refunded. After canceling the order I waited 5 -7 days and contacted the company because I did not get my money back. I was told the cancel order was never put in. I asked them to expedite the order. And give me my money back. I have not received it yet, they had a week to return it. I am so disgusted with this company. A waste of time, and they still have my money. The reality from August 7th to October 12th. Poor business practices. I looked online and this company has over 1,000 complaints. I wish I had of checked it out before putting my trust in them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

I came here to pick up a purchase I waited an hour just to pick up a bed frame because it was only one person working. The smart thing to do would have been to do the pick up the get back to your customer. I'm still waiting I will never make a purchase from here again this is the 2nd mattress firm I've been to and both experiences were terrible.
