We had a good experience with helping us pick a mattress. But upon receiving a mattress that was…read morerecommended it was not what was expected at all. He knew what we wanted and we got a very firm mattress and it hurt my back so bad. Then we had to wait two weeks for an exchange. Also they did not bring my other set of box springs with my other mattress purchase as promised upon first delivery. I had to drive to the store to pick up a makeshift type base they had in stock! Then when the second delivery of the adjustable base came with the second mattress arrived I did not get the setup service provided that we paid for. Just overall this was a bad deal with them!
