Terrible service from the "manager" Johnny. Purchased a mattress for my elderly parents. Explained to Johnny what I was looking for and what our budget was. He showed us an option which seemed great "in the store". Went over pricing for the mattress, delivery cost and set a delivery date. Explained to him I was starting Cancer treatment that week and that my parents were staying with me for a few months but I still wanted to mattress to be delivered at their house soon. My dad went home to receive the mattress and came right back to my house. He finally went home 2 months after and it turns out the mattress they delivered is not the same we purchased. When we called him to complain, he stated we needed to go back to the store with a picture of the mattress which we did. At the store he told me I should have purchased the insurance (which he never offered). We tried the mattress that we "bought" and it was definitely not the one we received. When we asked him about exchanging it, he said he'd have to talk to the warehouse. He gave me a quote for the exchange and told me to call him the following Monday. I called him on Monday and he said the warehouse agreed to the exchange and that my dad had to go back in person to sign the invoice and pay. When my dad went to the store, Johnny wasn't there and the new guy quoted him $200 over of what he had originally quoted us. When my dad got on the phone with Johnny again, he denied giving me a quote and stated that was the price we had to pay and that we could either take it or leave it. If this is the way the manager responds to an 84 year old man then it really speaks about his customer service skills and the way he handles business at this store. read more

It's been over two weeks since i purchased my mattress from them. I was told my mattress would be delivered in one week. AND I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED IT! They don't answer the phone nor do they have a voicemail to leave a message so I have to go in person to talk to anyone. I'm very confused why the could just tell me that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get my mattress. Not only did they lie the keep delaying it ever time I finally get in contact with them. read more

Customer service at this store stops when you've paid for your mattress. As others have reported, they do not answer the phone at the store so if you have any problem, you have to trek back to the store to deal with it. I bought a reclineable bed less than one year ago. The Mlily foam mattress that the salesman highly recommended is now sagging and it's hurting my hip. Even though it was a relatively new mattress I did not ask for a refund or credit. I just plunked down $3000 and bought a better brand. I was told it would take a week or less to be delivered but it's been several days over a week and no delivery so I decided to cancel the order and buy the mattress at a reliable store. However, I was told I'd be charged 25% for the return. Except that no one told me this when I bought the mattress and it's not written on the sales contract. In addition, I was told that I had to return to the store a day when my salesman was working to effect the cancellation. This is downright disrespectful to the customer and unprofessional. As we all know being treated nicely before you make your purchase is the least any store should do. But after sale customer service is paramount. Stay away! read more

This place is the worst. I wanted to return a mattress my son didn't like 2 days after delivery and was told that I needed to wait 30 days in order to return mattress. I have never heard of such a stupid policy! Imagine , they prefer a mattress returned 30 days later used by a customer instead of receiving a mattress that hasn't been used. Went to store again in person and spoke to the sales person Daniel Fernandez that was rude repeating the same policy over again. Decided to call corporate offices and was told I could return mattress only once in a lifetime,and I said that was fair enough but when I passed telephone to Daniel Fernandez , he stated he needed to call his district manager, which he did the the district manager said No! I had previously bought 4 mattresses from this store but will never return again! Do not make the mistake I made, cause once you buy here they want you to sleep in a mattress you don't like. I purchased a beauty rest mattress with the adjustable base 2 months ago and sent someone there a week ago who purchased the same setup for $1000.00 less on the base than mine.
