What a rip off company. Ordered a mattress on May 31, supposed to be delivered on June 12. No delivery and no phone call. Went to store and it was vacant. Called their Hialeah store and was told they could not confirm future date, told them I wanted a refund and they said to call Corporate. Called corporate several times before getting someone, said they would refund and email me confirmation and never got it. Tried calling Corporate today and all I get is voice mail. I purchased a Tempur-pedic adjustable power base from here and I am one happy camper! The manager of the store Josh is very helpful, professional and friendly. He was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. They delivered the base the next day and the movers were very professional and cleaned everything up after they finished. He proposed us a 90 days financing, through ACIMA LEASING, which we agreed to take. The amount to be financed included the sales tax in Florida. HOWEVER, EDMUNDO SENT ACIMA MY MATTRESS KING'S INVOICE WITHOUT SALES TAX!!! Now, my contract with ACIMA includes 1-the total amount to be payed to MATTRESS KINGS, after adding the cost of the mattress pillows and protector + Florida sales tax 2- THE THE TEXAS SALES TAX (AGAIN). To compensate this error, EDMUNDO proposed to send me the same type of goods I already purchased from him, and had the guts to disrespect me , and put the blame on me and my wife, because we don't want to take any form of compensation with merchandise we already purchased from him. Went in to buy a mattress, meet Joshua, who sells me a serta ultra firm mattress and promises to deliver next day. we arrange delivery next day and agree to deliver between 10-12 pm to my apt. They reschedule between 12-3, end up showing up @ 3:45 with the wrong mattress. Joshua tells me to have that because the one i ordered happens to be dirty and new ones will come in the next day. He tells me he had 4 in warehouse but were all dirty, and he's sending me a temporary mattress while the new one comes in, which is in the next 24-48 hrs. Its been 3 weeks and I still don't have the mattress I ordered. This is a terrible employee, reflecting very poorly on this company. Beware. The manager in this store Joshua ripped me off! Be careful if you are offered anything by him. I walked just to check on prices. He tells me he'll finance everything with just $50 down. He gets me $2,200 worth of furniture asks for my phone to get a code to accept the credit. He accepts it on my behalf and hooks me up with a company called Acima on a lease. I end up paying $2,700 in 5 months to them until I realize it's a ripoff. I stop payments and confront Joshua who telss me not to pay Acima, as they won't report me to any credit bureau. I go yesterday to buy a car and guess what, my credit has been slammed by these people from Acima!!! Now I call them and they say I have to pay $2,300 to clear my balance and stop collections. I ended up paying $5,000 for a $2,200 purchase. Some piece of work! Filed 3 times the complaint with customer service. No one gets back to me. Never go to this store!!!! read more

I went in with my husband and a man named Joshua greeted me at the door from the very beginning I told him I was disabled , which you could clearly see. I told him my neurologist suggested a soft pillow top bed. So he told me to lay down on a random bed in store and when I lated down it seemed soft we proceeded to purchase and he said we had 90 days to return it. 4 days after delivery I was in terrible pain and I called him to tell him this was not the bed I ordered. He told me that the bed I ordered 100 ppl had already tried so it was soft but my body would adjust so to give it another week. 3 days later I wound up sleeping on my sofa I went in with my girlfriend and my husband and right away my friend told me that the bed he sold us was a firm bed. His whole attitude changed, and he said "Just go look at another bed" in a rude tone. There was a large difference in price and he would not work it out and he was the one that lied. If he hadn't lied I would have not been returning the bed. I never heard of treating a disabled person in such distaste. If this can't be settled I already have enough evidence to litigate. And this won't wind up pretty. Most people are respectful of disabled people and won't lie for commission. read more

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!! This is the worst company I have ever done business with. We dealt with Joshua who is a bullshit artist if I ever met one. We bought a king size mattress and box springs and were told they would make delivery the next day. No one could give us an estimated time of delivery despite the fact that I had reserved an elevator from 8:30am to 4:30 pm and I made it clear that delivery could only be made at those times. That evening I get a call from the delivery driver at 7pm telling me he was downstairs to make delivery. He promised he would be back to deliver first thing the following morning. Next day the delivery people showed up at 3:30 pm with the wrong bed! I refused delivery and called Joshua at the store who said you must accept delivery and there are no refunds. Of course I contacted the credit card company to alert them of the fraudulent charge. I then went to Aventura Mattress got the same mattress for $200 less with white glove customer service and delivery the following morning by 10:30. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY read more
