I had such a great experience from all of their staff, especially Tess who helped find the perfect mattress for me! She's so sweet and knowledgeable. I didn't feel "pressured" to buy which I really appreciated. I visited the store on 2 different occasions before I made the decision to buy, and each and every time the entire staff was so accommodating. Naturally, I'm a side sleeper with some neck/back tension and I love to sink right into the bed. I opted for Luxe Adapt Soft due to the pressure relief it could provide. The cloud technology is amazing and I'm normally a hot sleeper (who doesn't like to be too cold) so for me this mattress works perfectly! If you're one who gets hot easily, I would recommend their Tempur-breeze collection. I didn't find it necessary for me though. On another note- after reading many mattress review about "breaking in" the mattress, to my surprise the break in is going much faster than I anticipated! I did read a few different blogs about this and will say that you do need to "crawl" and move around a lot to activate the softness. Already loving it 1 week in though, and I can't wait for it to get softer over time like the showroom mattresses. My mattress came very quickly, within about 2.5 weeks . The delivery guys were quick and very professional. They handled everything with care. Very pleased with the service I've received and would recommend this store/brand to anyone! By the way, the pillows are AMAZING as well :) Love them.

Then came the delivery... what a nightmare they were supposed to deliver on Saturday between 10-2pm, as 2pm approached and no one had shown up, I called the store no answer. So I remembered texting one of the owners Fernanda in the past and decided to message her she said the trucks were out of the city and the other owner Alex was supposed to have called me to reschedule. Alex never called me. Fernanda then text me that I was scheduled for Monday. On Monday I get a text from Alex asking for photos of the stairs since the furniture was going to the second floor, which I provided. When I purchased the furniture I was clear in saying this was going to a second floor. At 2:30pm Alex messaged me to say they are forced to change the delivery to Tuesday. Like really!!!! So Tuesday comes, I was given no window of time for the delivery until I message Alex and he said it would be delivered after 3pm. The guys arrive and I get it, it's a big piece. They make it work and leave. My husband gets home and notices what I call a manufacturer defect so I take pictures and message Alex with no response. I call both numbers no response. Two days later and I still haven't even received a response to my message. Talk about unprofessional. Never purchasing from this store again.
