We love this place, the inventory changes every time we are there. Interesting pieces and the staff are friendly and don't rush you into purchasing anything. The prices are good and delivery is when you expected it to be. Nice furniture, but I was quoted several different sales prices less then the listed price. then while finalizing the paperwork I was told, oh you'll have to pay the listed price there's been a mistake. I liked the furniture so I bought it anyway, but is that common practice at this store? If so, how do you determine who gets tricked and who don't? read more

The people that work here are very nice but I was just not very impressed with the place. I walked in and it felt like a hodgepodge, nothing really organized just laid out there wherever they found room. The furniture is of a cheaper/lesser quality than you will find at their other store which is reflected in the pricing; but that is to be expected as they sell a lot of Ashley furniture here. If you want Ashley furniture this may be the place you want to buy it (know several people that have had issues with the Ashley store) or you can go over to their store where I am guessing you can find it for less. read more

Terrible communication. Staff need training on there policies. Make sure you understand their assembly policy as there sales staff does not. Had to call multiple times to get status on merchandise. They never call and rarely return calls. Several weeks late, did not even call us when it finally arrived. Management apologised by telling us their problems with suppliers. On the positive side the folks in the warehouse were awesome. We will just never see them again as we will purchase were we are treated like customers not a sale. read more

Cheaper than Weinbergers the original, but still not that cheap. Amazing rugs! Not so great furniture--kind of outdated and kind of just lacking in style in some way. The only good stuff I saw had sold tags on it. Bummer! I think with some persistence you could eventually find something good here... but its not easy. read more

We purchased a couch almost a week ago. Their delivery department never called us we had to call them to set up delivery which will be next week. To charge customers $129 to deliver furniture and the take almost two weeks is unacceptable . There was no apology and when asked if I should talk to the manager they said fine, but he's in Chicago and we don't know when he will be back. I can tell you will never buy from them again. read more

I've purchased several items from the outlet (which all but 1 turned out to be very good & sturdy). Mr. Walker always seemed to be the one to help me in which he's always great. Outlet is pricey at times. You have to actually do a touch, feel and pick up test on these items before buying. My home is furnished mostly with items from either the outlet or main store. I really hate that the customer service has gone done because there are several pieces that I need to purchase to complete my bedroom but I don't want to deal with poor customer service, incorrect delivery time ( 4 weeks versus 3 months, only compensated with free delivery), and no appreciation to customers such as myself. read more

Good selection. Fair prices. Not so great on service after the sale. Been waiting over a month for them to replace a door on my china cabinet which the service tech said was a factory defect. No follow up communication. Salesperson does not return phone calls. Owner finally called and promised a two week time frame. We'll see. Very frustrating. read more

Recently purchased a sectional here. Ashley was fantastic during the sales process! Not pushy, with just the right amount of attention and very knowledgeable. We had it delivered within days after purchasing and it was free due to us being a military family. Unfortunately, when the couch arrived we realized it didn't quite go with our living room. No worries! I called and spoke with the manager Christa. She was so gracious and setup pickup of the couch for us. The delivery men were the same for pickup and return. These guys really, really wowed us! Our interaction was so short with them, but they left quite an impression. Brian and his teammate were extremely professional, energetic, kind, helpful and efficient!!! Once the couch was back in the warehouse Christa issued us a full refund. Although we did not end up with the couch, it was still a wonderful and easy experience. We will be back once we have nailed down exactly what it is that we're looking for. read more

I would not deal with this company under any circumstances. I was originally informed that my order would be delivered in 8 weeks. Once it had been ten weeks since placing the order, I called to ask for an update, and was told the only person who could give me that information was not there. The next morning I received a voice mail saying the furniture had arrived (odd that I had to contact the store to get this information, rather than them contacting me). I called to schedule the delivery, and again, only one person could schedule deliveries, and she was on the other line, but would call me back. After not hearing from her for a day, I called, and this "only person" who could schedule it had gone home unexpectedly. I spoke with the manager, and even he could not schedule the delivery. Apparently this company has a single point of failure for every transaction, and has no interest in following up with customers. Again, I would not recommend dealing with them. read more
