I was pretty sad-- if we had a little larger budget we would have been able to buy something pretty great. While I wiped the tears from my eyes, the man helping us said "you can bring it back and add more money to it and get something else." He had something at $199 that ticked all my boxes. We will be back with more money!

I will probably throw my side of the mattress (I purchased two twins) in our fire pit this spring and purchase from elsewhere. Even if you enter the store with a set budget and specific details on what you want, they will keep you there, going through every mattress, for as long as possible until you finally just give in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. There are plenty of other places selling mattresses in the area, including The Original Mattress factory (where I purchased for my daughters, and they love their's). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Then they filled out a credit paper and decided to take it upon themselves to call the credit co. to get a possible increase and ok the approval without my knowledge. Now the credit co is just to blame as I wasn't aware and they should have asked to talk to me. A week later is when I found out this happened as I got a credit card in the mail and my credit dropped 75 points. I called the store and they just apologized and asked us to come back to store to make a purchase. NEVER!

Customer service informed us that a replacement part would be ordered through the manufacturer and that we couldn't install it ourselves because of the warranty. Fine--but now we've been told the part won't arrive until mid-November, not including the time it will take to schedule the repair. That means we're left sleeping on the floor for over two months after buying a brand-new bed. While I understand the delay comes from the manufacturer, Ashley is the company we purchased from, and it's unacceptable to leave customers without a usable product for this long. The whole situation has been handled poorly from start to finish, and it's honestly disappointing that this is considered acceptable customer care.
