We called about the warranty... OMG, what a joke. When someone came to inspect it (note: the mattress must be completely stain-free), they examined it inch by inch in front of my big window. They didn't want to take it back; it was obvious. They eventually agreed to replace it... But now, we're experiencing the EXACT SAME PROBLEM with the new one! Not even a month in, and we're already seeing body impressions. We called, but we have to wait until the indentations reach 1.5 inches again before we can file another warranty claim... let's see if they will take it this time
