Perfect Home, Airdrie My wife and I purchased a couch that was not in stock early January and we were told it would be delivered by Valentine's Day. We were ok with the timeline as we were not wanting a floor model. February 10th we called and asked if our couch was still to be delivered by Feb 14th and after waiting 2 days for a call back we were told the couch didn't get on the ship and we would have to wait another 6-8 weeks. Our frustration got the best of us and we asked for a refund of the extra protection plan we had purchased. They obliged but were not happy about giving us any money back even with the delay. We were then told Mar 29th for delivery. Fast forward to today, Mar 4th, I called to confirm the couch made it into the ship and AGAIN without a word of communication from Perfect Home we were bumped again to end of April with 0 explanation. They suggested perhaps the tariffs delayed the shipment, even though the tariffs were only implemented that morning. We have since got a full refund for the couch and would love to pass the message around that this business operates in a way no business ever should. No communication during any of these delivery bumps and no offer of a refund or doing anything for us on their end. I had to voice my frustration and anger towards them for them to even offer any sort of compensation. And even then no compensation was given just money back that we had already paid out of pocket for the couch. I've never experienced such terrible customer service from a business before. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Unless you want to be disappointed and left in the dark in regard to your furniture purchase. The only solution given to us was to come in and buy a floor model, other than that they couldn't care less for helping you. They will happily tell you it will be here in X days but will not guarantee their word. read more

The sales staff is very accommodating and actually very nice. The reason I'm giving this 1 star is the warehouse and delivery staff. We ordered a table, hutch and sectional in November 2017 and have had issues with the table and hutch ever since. The table was damaged as was the hutch. It is now the end of March 2018 and we still have not had this issue resolved. We have had three trucks come and try to rectify the issue and each time was no success. They were missing parts on the initial delivery and the guy mentioned that they didn't know when they would get the parts. The second time was the same. They dispatched a repair crew with no parts. The third and most recent time they sent us a table that had cracks in it. This is unacceptable. I paid over $6000 for everything and expect to have my purchase not be damaged. I can understand one time, but over 4 months and this still won't be fixed. The most recent time I spoke to warranty, they had no idea when they would get the parts or what was on their trucks. All I can say is Stay away! Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I have had better than average help with a situation at perfect home and I will keep going back!!!! When a piece that I had purchased off the sales floor arrived at my home damaged, they took it back and repaired so that the scuffs could not be found. Thanks again perfect home. read more

O rating-ordered $3,000 worth of furniture-sofa had 2 stains- ottoman had tear-2 pillows missing-padding on arms of sofa and chair lumpy. Called and was told we could have it replaced or go to the store and pick something else out-went to the store didn't find anything in our price range told them we would like the sofa replaced- they sent their SUPPOSEDLY TOP REPAIR GUY, hahahah yes he made the stain worse and bigger-called back asked them to replace it we were told no they will send the guy back out with new padding and material to rebuild it, OMG they want to make a furniture factory in my livingroom, NO not happening. Still no word on the ottoman that was supposedly on order to be replaced or the 2 missing pillows. Went into the store to talk to manager, would not give name and number said he would call us, nope no call back.Going to file with BBB get my money back-I would recommend to everyone Do not waste your hard earned money! read more

I have to take a moment and review this local company. Their customer service is AMAZING!!!!!!! I have had the opportunity to work with a number of different furniture suppliers in a few North American cities. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. We ordered two chairs and had to wait for delivery for a few months. Not only did they handle the ordering and storage, but when we arrived the delivery was very prompt. When we took delivery I noticed some cracking in the leather on one arm. I phoned customer service and they immediately set to getting me a new chair. I do appreciated them not fighting about the exchange. I sent them photos of the issue and it was immediately handled. We had to wait for a rebuild, but during the wait I was contacted by Perfect Home to let me know where we were in the process. Yesterday they delivered our new chair and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Perfect Home for the best resolution to a potentially bad situation. This company will get all our business In the future. read more
