We bought a brand new mattress and were 10th on the list for delivery. We also have a bug service…read morethat treats our property on a scheduled basis and was just out a few weeks ago. Since we've had this property for going on 5 years, we've never had a roach in our house. Last night, we're 10th on the list for delivery. They package up the previous drop off's mattresses in the same truck as the new mattresses and the old ones are NOT sealed. When the delivery folks got here, they didn't check a thing, the pulled the new mattress out, brought it in, unwrapped and dropped it in and then put the plastic around the old one and took it away. Not even an hour later, my wife feels something crawling on her and flicks it to the ground. We hit the lights....it's a roach. We also found another roach in the hallway. We called the store and they had corporate call us. Corporate woman said that they always check the beds, and I told her that they didn't do such a thing last night as I stood there and watched them. I was at the back of the truck less than 2 feet from the opening, so I'm close enough to watch everything. They just lost our business and I hope others see this. This company might have a process on paper, but they absolutely do NOT enforce it and when someone calls with a complaint, they double down that they did nothing wrong. What happened to providing quality products and services? We will never use Mattress Firm ever again!

Purchase a couch and loveseat that was delivered October 2025 and this was placed on a home that…read morewas just completed with brand new flooring. There'd been nothing other than that couch sitting on top of a piece of flooring that was scratched up, but the service tech came out and of course, found nothing wrong at all with this piece of furniture so I'm not only out around three grand for the furniture but have to have my floor repaired at my expense as they came up with results that there was nothing wrong with the mechanism. As noted, there's been nothing else on top of this piece of flooring, other than a reclining piece of the couch, which scratched up the flooring. We even placed felt pads on every contact point on couch to give some life away from flooring so we don't even use the recliners now. Pretty much figured they'd come out and discount anything that we had to say about this. Will be furnishing another place in the future, but will definitely not be purchasing from Rooms To Go in Panama City Beach Florida.
