Salesman knew we needed one, when I called the store, his answer was "you didn't pay for one"....because he never put it on the invoice. I am not a mattress salesman either, so you would like to trust they take care of you. He response was very flippant, however did offer to see if there was others at different locations for me to go and pick up. If you shop at this store, ask the following question: "Is there anything we need that is not on the invoice". Take care of your customers instead of bragging "how good of a salesman you are". We will do that if it's true.

After going to Orange Park furniture, my friend, and I did go to two other establishments of which we walked out relatively quick and I said to him we've got to go back. I've gotta see that bed again. This is a family owned business, which has been an operation for 50 years. I have passed it by, but never paid attention and today. I am so thankful they were there! I was torn between the new hydrid Reflection mattress from the Bed Boss or a more traditional pillow top from Jamison which is exclusive to Marriott Hotels. After trying out several others and looking at reviews I decided on the Marriott mattress by Jamison. I also bought a comfy Bamboo set of sheets, a bed frame, box springs and mattress protector. I got all this and delivery for less than the price of the mattress only at other stores. Not sure how he keeps the prices so reasonable and the quality so great but after three years I'm back and Jax Mattress is going strong!
