I expected hassles and chicanery and got nothing but great service and merchandise. We had been searching for a dining table for quite some time. After a misfire with Wayfair and no luck at area stores, we decided to stop by this branch of Bob's in Levittown. I knew the sentiment for Bob's wasn't great. Some of the reviews are merciless. But I really liked one of the tables on the showroom floor and the saleswoman, Jessica, was very helpful in outlining all of the options and logistics. She also exuded an air of honesty and integrity and that really sealed the deal for me; I purchased the table on the spot. We got 2 heads ups from Bob's prior to delivery and the team arrived right on time as promised. The table was assembled quickly and the guys cleared out all of the packaging too. The table was as nice as I had remembered in the store, so I was very happy. Overall I was blown away by how seamless the experience was. This is a business that has what, 2 or 2.5 stars on Yelp? And they totally knocked it out of the park. Great job Bob's! I will totally be back again when we need another piece of furniture.

The staff here is always ready to help you if any questions or problems... I stop at this store if I'm in the area... The shared parking lot is very clean and has no potholes... They have great displays with different sizes underneath. A lot did not have pricing but Rick was kind enough to price check everyone that I was interested in. They also sell the grippers to go under the rugs for only $29.99 which is half the price of Amazon. When I found the perfect rugs Rick was nice enough to wrap them up, carry them to the register and load them into my car. They also had fantastic deals on laminate and vinyl plank flooring, 50% less than what I just paid at Home Depot. You never know what you will find at Ollie's. The perfect store you browse on a rainy day!

This was our first time at the location. And We live in Philadelphia and took their long drive. We Was going to another store but could not find Nothing. I was very upset that we couldn't find anything. The store that we went to i'm not gonna mention the name but they need to close it down. So I mentioned Ashley Furniture. So my husband decided to look the address up and this is how we found this location. My niece had her three sons and her friend. With us You told her just to walk around and find something that she might like. The person at the door name was Abigail. She was very pleasant and welcoming to their store. She told. Us about different items to look for in the store and ask us question about what she needed. They even tried the matters that goes up and down , which was wonderful. Then my niece walked up to these beautiful couches.And set down and said this is the one. She didn't hit the change the color because she loved the color of the couch. So abigail went to write up the Sell slit. Then her manager told her about getting two couches instead of the love seat. The price was grey and my knees decided to get to couches. The delivery was on time and they put the legs on the couch. She also got a five year scotch guard cleaning. Which she can call every month to get her furniture clean which is wonderful because you know how three little boys are. The real jesus placed it so don't mind the rug lol. My great-nephew jumped up and down with their bottoms. Just make sure the the couch can hold up. My husband was looking for us but we have furniture. He really love a leather sectional And it was very nice but we did not need it. The manager even tried to give us a package deal, but we didn't come here for us. Ashley's was having a great cell.It was twenty five percent off the whole store. Then if you tried the mattress you got a couple more dollars off. The sale was off that sunday. I explained to my husband that we can come back later to shop for us. I just wish the store was closer to where we live at is. Truly a height to go back. But let me just tell The staff at this location is awesome.Wanted a young man.Even talk to my great nephew to keep them occupied while my niece was looking around. My niece was so happy to find the couch is she couldn't wait to receive them. And We purchased them on Sunday and they was delivered that Thursday on time and everything.The window was from 9am to 1pm. I just love Ashley furniture. My house is mainly decorated with ashley furniture. There was a lamp that we was interested in but the land was not working and I really wanted it but it was broke. That's the only thing that I would approach is for us. Because we need a lamp in our living room And it was absolutely beautiful.I shouldn't took a picture of it or just ordered it while we was there. Dave in store was great in trying to resolve the delivery issues with delivery company. Unreal how long it takes to get answers even when the tried to reach out to regional manager Daveeda Cordero. It took a month of delays and multiple calls back and forth to get this delivery issue resolved. They should've refunded delivery fee, but they didn't. I understand it was more the delivery company, but if they are that bad, and can't follow instructions, they shouldn't be using them, to subject the customers to delays, inconveniences, unsatisfactory and subpar service. While waiting for a return phone call regarding delivery, delivery guys text and say they are 5 minutes away, and show up at relatives door to deliver furniture. I Never received phone call from store or regional manager that I was waiting for regarding delivery or an apology for miscommunication and unnecessary chaos regarding this order. Unacceptable! I needed furniture for myself as this delivery was for a relative, so I went elsewhere. Ohhhh, and after a month of back n forth, I was finally told this same day they ended up showing up at relatives door that they had a local guy that could deliver furniture... they should've been offered that as a solution instead of a month of delays and inconvenience. ALSO, on delivery day, when trying to figure out what was going on, the store stopped answering my calls n letting them go to voicemail So, in summary, BEWARE if you are using their delivery service. The delivery company seems highly incompetent to follow simple instructions and requests. If requests can't be honored, be honest from the beginning, or offer alternatives, not weeks later after frustration of back n forth crap!

Somehow, this bad faith gaslighting between siblings only made me want to visit them more. Wonder of wonders, it's a furniture store. Frankly, I can't tell you if a "Paco Geppetto" or "Geezus of Nazareth" brand couch is better or worse than the inventory carried in their mainline store but to my eyes and especially, my derriere, they felt pretty good. Perhaps the Sultan of Brunei may have some quality issues but seeing as the two of us will never be confused, I can live with a reasonable compromise or two. And frankly, the pieces weren't self-destructing before my eyes like they do at a discount schlock-meister like Bob's. We're still looking but the Raymour and Flanigan Outlet is still in the running, much to the chagrin of the Sultan. Five easy stars.

They carefully brought in the pieces, placed them where I requested, & assembled them. Everything ran smoothly & my furniture is perfect! I couldn't be happier with RF & my new living room. Most reviews I read here were frightening. Had I trusted only those, I would probably have looked elsewhere. However, I've had two prior positive experiences with RF over the past 12 years. Also, my sister just purchased her sofa & loveseat at the Langhorne store last year. She, too, had a good experience & loves her new set. Taking all that into consideration, I decided to make this purchase with RF & I'm glad I did. I had a hassle-free experience & received good quality furniture for a reasonable price. Wrote this review because it's important that my outstanding experience be included with all the unfortunate ones. Maybe dissatisfied customers are more likely to write reviews than happy folks like me? Just one more thing--if you know exactly what you want & don't require assistance, I highly recommend the online experience. It worked great for me.
