Since they NEVER fixed the back door, when the front door broke, they had "no choice" but to tell customers who pay a premium for drive up indoor storage that there is no drive up to their "Premium" priced indoor storage. Only rent here if you want your rate to almost double after a year. Check my photos for proof. January 2021: $148/m. June 2021 $178/Month. March 2022: $262/month!!!! Yet, they are offering my $178 rate to new customers! AND the garage doors to get in and out of the place have been broken for MONTHS!! The audacity. $148 to $262 in 14 months. My mother and I have rented a storage unit here since we moved back in 2014 the rent goes up almost every 6 months the garage doors are broken for over three months now. No one responds back to emails or calls. Unfortunately the management has become a joke. Paying for a climate controlled unit and I go there and find the back garage door wide open. Thankfully my mother and I are able to walk to our unit that is in the back but what about the ones that are older renting units that have a harder time walking?! I have taken photos over the past few months of the garage doors that are out of Order October 18th 21, November 26th 21 and today January 7th 22. read more

This is my first time renting storage space. I was very nervous and rented based on the reviews this facility received. Some reviews of competitors are truly horrible. Very clean, great security and friendly staff. We moved on the first 90 degree day this season. My two sons, daughter, and future son in law moved me into the unit. I asked one of the workers (he had a logo shirt on) if there were any vending machines for water. He said sadly no but offered water from the office. He then helped me carry back cups of water to my family. That was a great example of awesome customer service. Then, realizing we were sharing the water with our dog...HE WENT BACK AND GOT ARIA ANOTHER GLASS OF WATER!!!!! I asked his name because I wanted to make sure I included him in this review. He was the Manager!! As someone who teaches and coaches customer service I had to include this prime example of extraordinary, unexpected customer service! The Assistant Manager was pretty great as well. I had not met anyone because I booked online and my daughter picked up the keys. I went in and introduced myself and asked a bunch of questions. She was professional, friendly, and courteous and was able to answer all of my questions. I am confident my property is in good hands! read more

DO NOT...I repeat...DO NOT give these people your money. Had a storage unit since April 2021. After one month, they raised rate $100. For the last 6 months, the door to the climate controlled units was broke. We had to back up our trailer to get in and move our stuff. Came back this weekend to close it out and found BOTH doors don't open. They charge you for the same amount even when the amenities diminish. They Don't bother to try to make it right. Don't waste your money or time. Go elsewhere. read more

This is that exception to my own belief - Extra Space has Extraordinary Helpful Staff & a clean, well secured facility! Answered all of my questions before I had to ask. A very safe & clean place to store your stuff. They always have a special of some type depending on what size space you need, so be sure to look at their website or ask in the office. The drive up interior units are very convenient, and they did their best to get me a unit close to the end to make it easy to load up my stuff.
