I am not happy whatsoever I do not recommend Mattress Warehouse. The beds that are on their sales floor or not the same beds that you receive and I don't mean literally I mean literally the mattress that I bought is totally different than the mattress that I test it out and they send out an insurance adjuster or whatever to check your bed and then you don't hear from them I am sleeping on my couch I've had my bed for almost a month and I am very frustrated with them they don't want to ever give you a refund they want you to spend more money to buy another mattress why would you buy another mattress from a company that is no good their product is no good they sell you crap and then they never want to reach back out to you very disappointed don't do it everybody I have talked to something's wrong with their mattress I bought a mattress and it just sinks right in so I went into the showroom and test it out the bed again and my bed is defective but yet nobody will get ahold of me read more

Shane was working when we went there, claims he is the Manager, bed selection is terrible, disrespectful, kept touching my ankles after every bed, he did not let us look around and try what we wanting, kept insisting I try beds I hated or had zero interest trying, and that I knew I didnt like. Overall an unconfortable and unpleasant experience, I used to work at Sleepys for 3 years and know bedding and what I like, and I will NEVER buy from Shane, nor will I suggest anyone to do so. I bought from Mattress Firm across the street an hour later and could not be happier. For somebody formerly in the bedding business to be so agitated is impressive, and not in a good way. The store manager is dishonest and rude. She lied to us several times regarding the mistakes (yes, plural) that she made on our order. It took 5 total visits to three different Mattress Warehouse locations and a ton of frustration and heated discussion to rectify her mistakes. I would never recommend this store. read more

My wife and I stopped hereto buy a mattress she went through the bed test machine and we started browsing. The salesman said he had beds from $500-$3500. My wife told him we not interested in $3500 bed, she asked him to start at the $500 bed and work our way up, he turned around and took the lords name in vein, she said did you just say that he mumbled something and we left. Will never be back. We went across the street to the Mattress Firm and are now very satisfied with our new $700 mattress and young salesman was very helpful and respectful. I went in to get prices on a mattress for my Moms bed. The salesman wouldn't even talk to me unless I paid a $10 deposit first. What kind of customer service is that? I walked out and went to another store across the street that was more than happy to sell me a mattress without a deposit first. read more

Very Knowledgeable staff that was able to make the process of finding a mattress easy. They have everything from Serta, Sealy, Tempurpedic, Kingsdown, Aireloom...etc. They even have financing available while you are there make sure to ask about Lifestyle Bases. I had the so called manager try to price match a king size mattress, after him hiding the costs of 2 pillows and a mattress pad in the bill and taking forever to do it. I am elderly and trusted him, and after five hours of standing around waiting on paper work and my husband calling me worried why It was taking so long. He hid the final price when I signed the papers. Normally I am smarter then this and read contracts but, it was pouring out and my husband was worried about me. When I got home I was amazed what all he charged me. I called him and told him he said the pillows was a special bonus with the mattress. I told him I was charged. He told me no returns. Since that ordeal with him. Mattress warehouse in one year has had a third party come to my home and declared 3 mattress defected. How can they sell 3 defective mattresses??? I wanted my money back and Manager at the other Chambersburg store told me I could not get it back. It would cost the company and also out of his pocket. The mattress we had delivered a couple of weeks ago is sinking on both sides and a hump in the middle already. These mattresses can not all be made this bad by Stern & Foster. My returns are being taken and someone like you are getting my old mattress restuffed Same as all 3 of mine was probably belonged to another returning a defective one. This last one is sewn so crooked and uncomfortable.. Stated date by manufacturers 2/20/19... It was delivered to us 2/13/19. We are eating the cost and never dealing with this company ever again. read more
