Our "original" tile supplier "forgot" to order our vanity counter (i know, right?!?)...it was over the holidays, and we didn't want to go yet another holiday without the use of our only downstairs bath...contractor and I stopped in Jim's to see if there was ANY way they could get a vanity top cut for us in under three weeks. Short story: they did it in under TWO, over a holiday! We have since moved to a new place and need to put an addition in our kitchen, guess who we'll be calling? Certainly not the other guys! This place really came through for me in a time of need, and their service has one truly grateful customer who will be returning for any and all mt cabinet or tile needs!

They were friendly, courteous and so helpful! Trey came out first thing the next morning which accommodated my work schedule. He was in and out in under and hour from start to finish! Spending over $2k this did not sit well with me. Contacting my sales rep and I was told one would be upgraded and replaced and the other she would contact the installers. That was over a month ago and no communication or response to my attempts to reach out. Apparently they are happy to take your money but not ensure they do a good job or that the blinds are fitted correctly. For the price I don't recommend going through this business.

She was quick (faster than expected) to respond with pricing either by phone or email. They put my order in and the blinds came in within the delivery time. Communication was great with JoAnn, not too much, not too little. The installer came during the projected time frame. Was very polite / professional and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!
