This store houses a few different vendors who have created an amazing amount of handcrafted wooden and industrial items. Sub contracted delivery company expects the customer to obtain repair estimates for their approval and refuse to send an insurance adjuster to assess damage. Buyer beware of shoddy quality and a repair nightmare should you have damage to your home at time of delivery. Stick with Jordan's if you want it done right.

Instead, from the start, the interaction felt dismissive. When I asked about office chairs, I was told there were none, even though I was looking at one. When I pointed it out, the sales person simply showed me the price tag (over $3,000) and stopped there. The issue was not the price. I understand the value of quality furniture and was prepared to buy. What stood out was the attitude -- as if I was being pre-judged rather than assisted, and as if the price alone was meant to end the conversation. I left without purchasing, not because of cost, but because of the experience.
