All of a sudden, the salesman stated "Ok, bye, have a good one" in a totally dismissive manner. He did not say this in a friendly tone and immediately walked away from us and sat down at a desk, completely ignoring us until we left the store. My wife and I were very confused by his behavior since we had been friendly toward him during the entire visit. We were quickly turned away and told the pillows were not refundable and there was nothing we could do. If I was to just buy the new pillow, it was $209.
