I then began to browse the store and a very helpful consultant named Ashley came over and introduced herself and began helping me as well as a few other shoppers (as I mentioned it was very busy). After browsing the store for a long while, I finally made my decision and was ready to order and pay for my furniture. Ashely was busy with another customer, so I agreed to work with the manager, Harsh. Harsh was not the same manager that greeted me when I arrived. During check out Harsh asked me if I wanted the protection plan and I declined. He was very disappointed in my decision and explained it to me, I declined again. Flash forward, I'm getting ready to approve the purchase on his handheld computer and realized in spite of me telling him no twice, he added the protection plan to my purchase. Had I not looked closely I would have been charged for something I didn't want. I had him remove the charge and again he questioned my judgement. We are now at the back of the store signing docs and scheduling delivery, and he again questioned my decision and then sent me home with paperwork explaining it again. Ashley was wonderful, delivery was fast accurate and friendly. The manager, was beyond frustrating. Be careful when you purchase here that they ring up what you want. After FIVE benches being delivered damaged, my wife and I decided to piece together the best two pieces we could find. Just plain tired of deliveries and being disappointed. We are done with Ashley Furniture period. We will not return to Ashley for anything.
