Called 3-4 other appliance repair places with either no response or won't work on it. Called them and they told me they work on all brands. Sent out a technician right after lunch. He checked it out and told us the problem and what it would cost. Very fair price. Repaired in about an hour. Told us the cause and what we can do to prevent it from happening again. Definitely would be the first place I would contact for any appliance repair

Our home is rather rural, although only 10 miles from a metro area of some 450,000, but some services charge exorbitant "road service fees" to just come over. We have tried others, but their service polices put even regular customers at the back of their list, even for acute refrigeration failures. Mitch has good response times, gives plain-talk quotes, offers alternatives, and sends workers who know their stuff, are polite, neat & clean. One caveat: If you do have to go to this business location, please put the address in your navigator first. It is just North of the Village of Meaux, Louisiana.
