He went up with his ladder and verified they were gone. He installed a Bird Guard on my Vent with 4 screws. Job took about 5 minutes to do. He then offered to put two more guards on my other vents. Total came out to $350.00. It was 250 to come out and put the 1st guard in, and 50 for each additional vent. I'm all for paying people for there time, but $350.00 for installing 3 guards that took him 10 min tops! Oh and those guards are $3.00 a piece from Amazon! So it was an upcharge of $47! I paid him but thats the last time i use them.

One terrifying day in the morning, the raccoon fell out of the attic and into our broom closet on our second floor. We barricaded the door and called to have B & E come but he was unable to come at all that day and had managed to climb back out into the attic again by the next day! The following day B & E showed up and placed another trap but the raccoon is still there, making loads of noise and not getting trapped. We don't feel the traps are working at all and have decided to go with another company who can do a one-way door. We've lost a lot of sleep to this raccoon. I just think they're too clever to just walk into a trap. We wish the trap had worked but unfortunately it just didn't. Maybe B & E is great at other things but it didn't manage to fix our coon problem. :(

Started getting the same tech explain some problem issues which was blamed from everything on bad paint to I don't know. Again your time maintenance plan. They missed a lot of stuff such as the whole leading directly to my cellar. An area where paint was peeling I took off the electric plug cover. Was filled with old nesting material. I really should be demanding a refund. I paid before they got down the street. All I ever got was a piece of copper mesh I asked for a couple traps was never given anything. No exclusion. Last tech was very nice but at that point the bait boxes were never changed. Finally found another . No visible droppings in my home. Due to neighbors with animals I have to hire a full-time exterminator. On interviewing new ones the exterminator found the droppings in the bait boxes which I've moved away from my home. That is a lot of money spent for nothing? I did get a deodorizer bag for any type of smell for a closet and a piece of copper mesh and that's it. It was pretty pitiful.
