Then force Payne Richards to remove you or your loved one's information from their database. Anonymously, if possible. They never state that these are unclaimed funds, but that is a "Refund." I guess this is legal, but very deceptive. I don't mind paying for a service, but I object to organizations that are sneaky like this. Shame on you, Payne Richards. PS. Hey at least they send you a letter!
