Imua Physical Therapy is phenomenal!!!! I'm there for a knee ailment and they assessed me and then began introducing exercises that are incredibly helping my knee pain. I expressed I didn't want to do too much twisting regarding my knee and Alex EASILY modified my exercises with exercises that has significantly improved my knee strength, legs strength and all regions of my legs and core. They clearly know what they're doing, you just have to express any concerns and they will present you with exercises that will greatly improve your strength and health.
