Wires everywhere. Each station honestly looked like a rats nest. and even after spending all day at my place, they left several items unfinished ... I complained, but the affiliate told me it would be another 3 weeks before they could fix the wiring. But honestly, it was more than just wiring. The crew that they sent out were inexperienced .. they chipped paint .. they drilled holes that they later didn't need... and ended up spending almost all day at my house & then charging me over $1100?? and at the end of the day they had to leave early because they had other appointments .. leaving several items unfinished. I'm very happy to report that my next phone call was to E design.. after reading a few of their 5 star reviews, I felt very confident that they would be able to help straighten this mess out. Days later .. Not only did E design help .. but they sent over a technician by the name of Mike who I would highly recommend. Mike worked all day tirelessly without food or anything to drink that I could see. ( Although I offered ). Mike was there on a mission from God. And he never stopped until the job was not only done to a satisfactory level... but I would easily say E designs exceeded any expectations I may have had. They were able to run all of my wiring behind the wall and when they were done, left only a nice pleasant area. I was proud of. I know my bill is gonna be high.. but I can tell you right now. They were worth every penny. And I would happily recommend their services to anyone that has an eye for detail & wants to have a system that is wired professionally. At this point, I will be using E design to further enhance the audio quality of my new home theater. And can't wait to have them back.!!
