My camera was just about dust, the volume only worked on speaker phone, I could no longer update apps. It was time. It should be noted that I have actually gone in to get a new phone at different locations and walked out due to aggressive sales tactics and just not feeling heard. Maybe I'm stubborn, or old school but when it comes to phones, I just need it to work and take decent photos. Greg was calm, professional and understood what I wanted. He still went over all of my options and upgrade deals but did not push back when I didn't show interest in certain packages. I gave him my game plan and let him know I'm not interested in all the bells and whistles. He was very accommodating. I was in and out in less than an hour and got a much needed upgrade without any stress. I will only go to this location moving forward! Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, the employee who assisted us was rude and dismissive. It felt as though she was having a bad day and taking it out on her customers. Whenever we asked for clarification on things we didn't understand, her answers were vague and unhelpful. The interaction made the entire room feel tense. To top it off, she was extremely impatient; while I was trying to read the documents I was required to sign, she actually clicked away before I could finish. To make matters worse, we still haven't even received a receipt for the purchase. Buying a new phone is a big commitment, and I expected much more professional and transparent service.

Its costs over $100 a month for this garbage. They make you get on your roof to disassemble the dish to cancel your contract or charge an additional $100 to have a technician remove it. They have a minimum 2 year contract and charge 15 dollars per month not fulfilled to break it. Do not use this service. Seriously, save yourself a large amount of money and time. 10,000 thumbs down.
