I was only visiting Maui for a week and honestly thought I'd have to leave it behind and have it mailed back to me. Instead, I found Topaz... and it felt like winning the lottery. The owner and his wife were incredibly kind. He fixed the bend on the spot, while we waited, and wouldn't accept any payment. I was already beyond grateful. We stepped out to another store, and when I came back to browse, he noticed the missing enamel and immediately started working on that too -- again, no charge -- and asked me to return the next day. When I picked it up, the bracelet looked beautiful, and once again, they refused payment. Their generosity, skill, and genuine kindness left me speechless. I never expected this kind of care, especially during a short trip when timing was tight and they're only open Wednesday through Friday. I was so impressed I ended up buying a pair of earrings because I wanted to support a business that treats people this well. There are truly no words to express my gratitude.
