Five minutes later they still weren't there so she called someone again. In the meantime, I found another employee in the store and asked if they could help me. A young boy working at the cash register said he was going to look upstairs to see if they in stock. 10 minutes not come the meantime, I found something else and went to the cash register where he was standing chatting with his buddy. The company is owned by a gentleman named Doug and he's a one man band - he does it all. I recently needed to get some uniform shirts embroidered for work - I had purchased shirts from Doug previously and I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the garment and with the embroidery. So, when I needed some more shirts, he was the first person that I thought of. I dropped off two shirts that I had purchased else where for them to be embroidered. I was shocked when he said that it would be $10 for the two shirts. He told me they'd be done in a few days and they were! The embroidery is absolutely spot on and I could not be more impressed with the customer service that I received. I would definitely recommend Dougout Sportswear to any number of my friends!!
