He happened to be nearby and came over within one hour. That's incredible for any service person here on West Maui. Our garage door spring and cables broke a week ago, and I called/emailed several garage door repair companies to get a quote. Since it was the weekend, I didn't expect to get a call until Monday. Of all the companies I left a message with, Casey of MPOD was the first called me early in the morning on Monday to schedule a time to come out. I also got a call Monday morning from another company which was a bit pushy and quoted me several hundred dollars more than MPOD.
