It was Good Friday and I had planned to continue on along I-75 south from the Metro Atlanta area, but, as I put the gas pump back, I saw a Dairy Queen staring me in the face. The pollock was featured as part of a combo where you get the fish sandwich, fries, and a drink. I went in not knowing what to expect. I sat down near the windows closer to the front of this decent sized store so I could eat, enjoy some natural light, and keep on eye on the car, which is probably a good idea when your luggage is in the trunk. The fish sanwich combo was fine ... I will say that pollock is not as tasty as cod, but it was filling and served its purpose. The fries were decent and a refillable soft drink is just that.
