I've tried multiple times to place a special order at this location, and one employee consistently refuses to process it, even though others are willing to help. I understand there may be policies in place, but this is a unique situation that cannot be completed online. I've also attempted to contact the owner for assistance, but phone calls and messages go unanswered. Very frustrating experience--hope management addresses this issue so all customers can get consistent service. read more

The young girl and guy working today are amazing!! They are so kind and friendly. I had a reaction to my smoothie and they did not hesitate to make me something new right away. The store is very clean and the quality of ingredients are good! This is a place you can go hang out or just a quick grab and go. I am currently writing this review from the parking lot, that's how annoying I am with my experience at this location. Whoever was working on 3/1/20 @approximately 345pm ( two white girls and one black girl with piercings) were beyond RUDE. I walked all the way to the cash register without acknowledgement, while they had their backs to me, talking casually. I made eye contact with the black girl and said "Hi". She replied hello annoyed, as if she would love to be anywhere else. One of the young ladies came to ring me up. Still no greeting. When my smoothie was finished. It was placed on the counter... still nothing. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. They all need some customer service training. It's awkward and unprofessional. I'll go 10 mins to Smoothie King. My typical "smoothie" experience -- with 4 kids, and a friend or two, I somehow lose close to $40 every time I go here. Fortunately it is very well run, and the owner is hands-on. Staff is comprised of high school students, who do a very good job at service. Kudo's to the ownership team. This place is a mainstay for us - we stop by every now and then on the golf cart and grab a smoothie. Nice location, clean restaurant -- excellent experience. read more

Far from the best location. The staff is always great as far as their customer service, but the smoothie itself always has a weird Splenda like after taste & it's VERY watery. More of a juice instead of a smoothie. The one time I asked them to thicken it they added a whole bunch of ice & it was more like an icee with no flavor. I really appreciate the fact that they have vegan protein options, and you can really customize your smoothies to get the precise flavors and nutrients that you want. My first time visiting this establishment was yesterday. I was in need of some protein after leaving the gym. Saw that they open at 8am but it was a little after and the sign still said closed. So I decided to call & she let me know that they were open. When I went inside she asked me if I was the person who called and I said yes. She then thanked me because she forgot to change the signs to open and turn on the lights. I ended up getting 10% off of my purchase for this. The girls who work there are very pleasant and even suggested the new almond milk smoothies (Salted PB cup is my fave). I frequent planet smoothies an I'm glad to see this one going strong. Fast and friendly and Healthy choices; but the place smells of cleaning products!

I love this Planet Smoothie location. The staff is great and I love having a place near home where I can get wheatgrass! I work in Atlanta and would usually get my wheatgrass fix on my lunch break or after work but I didn't care for the fact that the juice bar was so far away from my work. I am absolutely thrilled to find that Planet Smoothie has the red light / green light health tonic. It's a trio of wheatgrass, lemon/ginger and cranberry/ginger 1 oz shots. This Planet Smoothie is awesome. I love smoothies and the service and product is excellent. They day time staff is quick at service and very friendly. They are helpful and knowledgable about the menu. The smoothies come out tasting great and they have many to choose from. I have had smoothies from world gym that are costly and don't taste the same. They also don't have as good of nutritional info and calorie calculations. Another place that to get smoothies is smoothie king, but don't be confused between them and planet smoothie. Smoothie king uses surgar syrups instead of actual fresh fruit and they are not near as good for you. I definatley reccommend this planet smoothie if you are looking for a good smoothie. They have everything from protein, to fat burner and energizer, anti-stress and immune or anti-oxidant blasts. The acai smoothie is really good for and give the wheat grass a try (it may not taste amazing but it makes me feel great!) read more
