So needless to say the people at Flatrock delivered a top level experience. Kind, caring, informative and intelligent is how I would describe the staff at Flatrock. Christie, who did my cleaning, was just fantastic. She carried herself with grace, compassion, and joy. Overall the staff took care of me well and made me feel like a part of the family. The person who answered the phone talked for a good 45 minutes, charged $50 for registration (First time in thirty years, someone at a dental office charged money to make an appointment. I was told that it would apply to any services that are not covered by insurance and will be credited). They kept insisting that I get a CT scan of my mouth and did not address the filling I had gone for. Wasted two hours of my time the first time around and brought me back for the filling and then proceeded to tell me that I will have to pay a little more than a third of the filling cost. Very very disappointing unprofessional way to treat patients. I wish they were upfront.
