I didn't get it because it wasn't 5 years but when I got it it was during covid and wasn't built right and they told me they could get that one fixed or another one because of it. They didn't even try to get an approval they just wanted me to sign something that stated I would pay if ins didn't. I refused. Fast forward I needed c pap supplies in Feb of 2026, they got the new script for supplies. Never sent the supplies. I called three times and each time I either got a foreigner who didn't know what I was trying to explain or was given empty promises on call backs and nothing was done. I had to contact the BBB to get the district manager to contact me since their employees couldn't be bothered. He seen I had a new script for a c pap machine and since I had new ins it was decided to get the new machine kit. OK. They waited a week before they finally submitted it to ins. It took a few days and it was apporved on Wed. I called Friday and let them know it was approved. The person who answered stated they had to get ahold of the dept who handles that. OK fine, but to come in on Monday and they would have it ready. Monday I show up. They tell me sorry I should have called but u can't have your machine because they couldn't read the sleep study. So they submitted the sleep study to ins and it was unreadable yet ins approved with unreadable sleep study. Yeah. Great job guys. Mind you 4 years ago they had the sleep study from then and that machine got approved with a ledgeable sleep study. But they wanted me to get a new sleep study and they could give me the equipment so I wouldn't have to drive 20 mins back to get the equipment for that. I'll pass. My Dr said they have no idea why they couldn't read the study cause their copy was fine. So they sent it to them again. Of corse. The girl who answers the phone has access to all of my info as well as all the paperwork cause she is the one who said my sleep study wasn't readable. She has to get ahold of another dept to get an answer on where the new copy is my Dr faxed over the day before. Mind you. They should have had it in my file already from the previous c pap 4 years ago unless they live in the dark ages and it was never uploaded. So now I have to get ahold of the regional manager AGAIN! I finally told him this company sucks. It was fine before advanced medical bought out total respitory. No issues. This year every issue imaginable, the left hand doesnt know what the right is doing, not everyone has access to your files and have to constantly get ahold of people who NEVER ANSWER obviously cause I never got a call back or its weeks later. Why would the person who is looking over your existing paperwork from the dr not have access to old paperwork or even the que where faxes go into? I do prior auths and i have access to all of it. Yet this company it takes an act of god to get anything from them. This took 2 months!! 2 months!! The first month was nothing but phone calls trying to get them to send my dam supplies. The second month was the machine itself. Don't waste your time. The district managers "empathy" for the situation was non existent. ​​​
