The store is located centrally in the PC mall. If you park near Brio or P.F Changs it is right down that entrance. The store is loaded with sale racks in the back of the store! Those are a must, I walked in and walked directly to the back! The ladies that worked there knew that was the place to go! I ended up finding this glorious sports bra, which is very hard to find for women like me. Of course it wasn't a sale item. But the lady that was helping me in the fitting room the entire time said she had her own personal coupon that she would give me, which gave me 20% off my bra. I was very pleased with this. At check out the worker took my email and address and said that the store would mail me coupons and email me about sidewalk sales they have! I visited this location about a month ago, became obsessed with a plain green sari with a bold rhinestone collar, and came back tonight to buy it with the bargaining skills of my expert assistants. The price tag was a shocking $350- far more than I was willing to spend, especially for something that would only be worn once of twice in my life. Trying to get the merchant to come down on the price was difficult, as they said the fabric was some high quality "shimmer" material. Personally, I've seen what looks like the same fabric used on plus-size girls clubbin' shirts at Fashion Bug, but I'm no expert. After a few more attempts at bargaining, we finally got the price down to $230- still too rich for my blood. The staff at Rima seemed reluctant to help us, which was painful to deal with considering that most everything was behind the counters in the cubbies lining the walls. We managed to get them to bring out a few saris in the color and size that I was most interested in, and they pointed the way to the dressing room for me to try them out. In the back, beyond 3 old men diligently hunched over sewing machines working to alter and create new dresses, was the fitting room- basically a makeshift closet so small that you only have room to slip something on and look at yourself up close in the mirror inside. Nothing compares to the selection at Rima- they have every style and color imaginable, and the shop itself is full to the brim with garments. If money was no object and I absolutely needed the best, fanciest sari, I guarantee this would be the place I would go. However, for my occasion and any situation where I didn't have to be ultra fancy, I'd rather go somewhere with better service, lower prices, and an easy to navigate selection readily accessible to me.

The manager was wonderful, he helped us find a size that worked, opened as many bags of garments as we wanted to see and showed us to a dressing room that was near by. Seeing that the last review was in 2011, I believe that the dressing room must have been updated and moved into the main part of the showroom and the staff was more than willing to help, so maybe some change there too. We found something that fit her perfectly and they were willing to negotiate to pricing that worked for us. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this one has gone too long. I bought my cousin her first brand name purse from Versace because I had heard a lot of good stuff about their products and quality. Unfortunately it didn't turn out to be a good experience for my cousin. She carried it for two days only to a relatives house and only to a facial appointment and that was it. The next morning, she notices scratches on it already. I'm sorry but I don't think a top brand name purse that is worth $2,200 should be scratching that easily after a two-day use. So I went to the boutique store and received very bad attitude and offensive comments from the clerk that sold me the purse. He basically started telling us that "It's calfskin leather and it's meant to happen that's why you should have the leather conditioner" First of all, he's speaking to us as if we are unknowledgeable about leather and talking to us like we were stupid. Second of all his excuse of not telling us the return policy was "We don't tell our customers about our return policies to not offend them" what? Everywhere I go, I am told about the return policy. Also, I've been contacting corporate and staying in touch with them to make sure this situation is handled which no one is contacting me in any way. I called the store manager today because the supervisor at customer care told me December 7, someone should have contacted the boutique store. So I called the boutique store and received such horrible attitude from the manager. Basically she Told me that even if corporate calls, she won't do anything about it. And as I was talking, she was talking over me not even letting me finish a sentence literally throughout the whole phone call. Meredith, relax, there are much higher people than you in the company, you're not the CEO. She should not have her position, because also she's never even in the store.
