The main room has the check out counter facing the door in the center of the room, so you can explore to either side: Lots of candle varieties including some made in state, lots of items with clever witticisms to make you think or smile, women's bags, wall hangings, and seasonal (Easter) pieces to add some charm to your home. And when you think you've seen it all, there is another room to the left that has even more items including rugs, lap quilts, and other cloth items. More seasonal items were out in preparation for the weekend sale. The woman who was working apologized for the store being in transition, but it was still neat enough that I wouldn't have known there was anything out of place unless she had told me. She let me browse and asked how I had heard about the shop. I was surprised that nobody had reviewed her store yet on Yelp. When I was ready to make a purchase, she immediately stopped what she was doing so that I didn't have to wait. That's a person who gets customer service. Tonight I was in Hibbett Sports shopping, and browsing, around 730 tonight, it wasnt too busy but…read moreyou did have a little crowd, I did see two younger girls in uniform I would say in early 20s, the issue is that Im shopping and looking for someone to help me, and they were gossiping and facetiming and talking to friends in store other than asking me if they could help me, let me not even mention the vulgar conversations they were having on facetime and with the people in the store with them and they werent workers, there was another lady worker there at the registers, trying to check out guests, I even heard her apologize to two other guests because of these young girls and their behavior, I even said something to the lady at the register and she did apologize for the two workers not even acknowledging me, she also apologized for their vulgar mouths as well, I will say I will not be returning, because of the language, what if I had my children with me, they most definitely didnt need to hear the curse words that came out of the workers mouth, and most definitely didnt need to hear the vulgar conversation they were having with one another and everyone that what there with them, customer service isnt what it used to be, and maybe that needs to be trained, but you have surely lost my business, and my family members as well, and I understand they are younger, but if they arent there to work and help customers and give CUSTOMER SERVICE then why are there socializing when that can be done on there own time??? Just a plain pair of simple, cheap-o, uncomfortable flats that I'll probably be able to wear only a dozen times before they wear out...$22.00. I was hoping for something under $10.00, but whatever, I was in a hurry and just grabbed them anyway. I probably should have checked the sale racks at nearby Goody's to see if they had anything better, but I didn't have time. I had to pay for the return shipping, but I became concerned when I didn't hear from them or receive my refund in over a week. When I wrote to inquire, they answered that the shoes had been worn and that they would not be sending a refund. I did not wear those shoes. If they were worn, it was done before I purchased them. At this point I have to wonder how many times they've sold those same used shoes.
