Each time it's been very busy, with long lines. However, the two times I made a purchase the lines went very fast and efficiently! There was plenty of help on the floor asking to help you. The associates at the register were pleasant and seemed genuinely happy you were there. On my most recent visit I had to make a return of a defective pair of leggings. My exchange was handled professionally and timely.

Typically they have a clearance section and t-shirts are buy 2 get one free. They have a large selection of clothing for men, women and teens that is very in line with latest pop-culture trends and a great place to get your music inspire clothing. Also, if your a fan of 80's and 90's style rock (even metal) there is a good chance that you will be able to find something to wear to that next concert. In addition to clothing they have a pretty good selection of jewelry, wallets, games, etc. Prices are competitive with anyone else that sells items that are similar. Props to the staff at this location...we came into this store pretty close to closing time and they were all friendly and didn't make us feel rushed at all. This location is definitely out of the way coming from the Hoover area, but if I was already at the Leeds Mall I wouldn't hesitate to come in here again.

It was a smaller, but very nice store with a lot of offerings that couldn't be found elsewhere. I loved to shop here when my kids were young, and I knew I could always find an upscale outfit for myself when I needed. However, the selection seems to have started going downhill after the Hudson Bay acquisition in 2013. Every time I went in, there seemed to be fewer and fewer products and more open space. I think they tried to pass it off as more open space made it feel more boutique and more refined. I say it just made the store quicker to shop. The one exception was probably the Louis Vuitton shop. I don't know if it was actually independently operating within Saks or still a part of it, but it did always seem better staffed with a much better inventory than the rest of the store. My last visit was before the 2025 holidays. I went expecting to see much more inventory for the season. Instead, it was very sparse, and it didn't look like there was any more in there than at the end of a season with a few sale racks and not a lot of new merchandise. Sadly, it was announced (2/10/26) that this location will be closing along with several more under some bankruptcy/reorganization of the parent company.

The estimate of arrival was May 18, but it arrived much sooner at the store. The employees were very helpful in retrieving my order after I gave them my information. The store itself is nice to look around and they have a good clearance section of both men and women clothes. They still have there fitting room open in case anybody was wondering.

I was immediately greeted by a staff member…read morewhen I arrived, was checked on twice as I browsed, had immediate help getting a dressing room (which they were sanitizing after each use), and then had such a pleasant check out experience (not a long wait and engaging team member working the register). I was there maybe 10-15 minutes and in that time 5 team members interacted with me in some way, but never felt overbearing. I was able to purchase two shirts I love on sale which was great! I don't think the prices at this location are really "outlet" prices or any more on sale than a normal store or online even though it is located at the outlet mall (but maybe they just didn't have any extra specials going on the day I went).
