What I seem to have found here is a cool shop that's doing things right. No 1911 has a host of housewares, cool gift stuff, apothecary lines, dishes, decorations, men's clothing, women's clothing, art and more. It's almost a one-stop shop. The clothing, in fact, comprises only a small portion of the overall inventory. This is more of the kind of place to find unique things to outfit your stylin' flat or to grab that perfect gift. The brand selection is carefully crafted and deep, with offerings from some of the finest stuff form east to west coast. Staff is friendly, and you could spend an hour picking through all the cool shit that these folks have on offer. I say this is a must stop when you're in the area.

Before we get to food, let's discuss the history in this more than century-old building. It's a restaurant/mini general store/hardware store/radio station! Take a minute to browse the building while you're enjoying a beer and waiting on your food. Five beers on tap yesterday and all solid. The entree food is enticing, but the pizza is the deal! Finest NY style pizza I've had in Oregon. You will eat the crust as that is what makes the pie!
