The store is large, bright and has a good selection of inventory. Everything is beautifully displayed with lots of aisle space so you can easily browse and see the merchandise. As the name implies, the clothing is black, white, combos of black and white, with pops of color here and there. The in season color was a dark bright blue. Their clothing ranges from dressy to casual. For formal occasions, I've found beautiful dresses with unique prints or solids in classic silhouettes. Over the years I have acquired many wardrobe staples for work: tailored jackets, dress slacks, turtlenecks, tanks and dresses. Plus lots of casual sweaters, black jeans and tops. I came in to make a purchase and thought I found some great pieces but it took over 45min to ring up the person in front of me with only 2 people in the store and 2 employees. When the second employee started to ring me up she kept stopping to help the first. Ultimately I ran out of time after over an hour, I never anticipated it taking so long and it's no exaggeration. Even the first customer kept telling them no when they couldn't figure it out because she wanted to leave too. I asked that the employee put the items on hold and I'd be back. She had my name from waiting to purchase with my card and yet when I came back not only had everything been put back but the prices had changed and half of the items I had selected had been sold. Suddenly I was paying 3x the amount I would have, for fewer items overall. I honestly get better service online and yet they've lost my business.
