The clothing was fairly juvenile and in smaller sizes. Lots of country and "howdy" accessories and clothing. Other than a coffee cup that made me laugh, I didn't walk out with anything (but had expected to find more). Checkout took awhile. The lady working the front desk was also handling jewelry with shoppers and the WiFi was weak for credit card purchases. She was apologetic and friendly. Sorry, you can greet customers all you want, but that doesn't mean they have to greet you back and then when you mention it when all they want to do is shop in peace, it just creates an adversarial situation. So, no, I won't be back. Also, the two workers were loudly talking about how overworked and underpaid they were. They didn't even care if they were overheard! When I was in Friday they were in the process of switching over to fall attire. Lots of gorgeous blouses and dresses in fall colors, florals and jewel colors with sunglasses, jewelry, booties, hats, scraves and sweaters to accessorize that new outfit. I received a warm greeting as I entered the spacious shop. Since it was my first visit the young lady explained where each size group was located from small to plus sizes, and where to find different accessories. I always enjoy a store that I can go directly to my size and not waste time. Each area was organized well and easy to shop. Love the barn door dressing rooms too. I normally shop at the Indianapolis Castleton Torrid Store and my initial thoughts was the Bloomington Torrid was probably a lot smaller, but the size and selection were awesome. I visited Torrid on a day when the clearance was half-off the red sticker price, so I definitely found a few cute items that I had to have. Everyone at this Torrid location were extremely friendly and helpful, helping me find what I was looking for and answering all my questions. Torrid is closest to entrance #C for those who may not want to walk through the entire mall, and right outside is an eyebrow thread shop and an Antie Ann's pretzel place. So when I come to shop, I usually end up hitting up all three for the PERFECT trifecta. Overall, I really liked the spacious layout, tons of quality options and friendly people. I'll definitely be back, and you should make this place your first stop when looking for plus size clothes
