The women's clothing was definitely a miss, but my bf actually found a lot of good stuff in the men's section. The checkouts here are a bit of a maze to get to, and the large plexiglass shields at the registers were extremely inefficient. The counter was very small and the plexiglass had a slot about the size you would see at a bank counter to slide your items through for the cashier to ring up. My boyfriend had about 5 shirts and we had to slide them thru one by one as she rang each one up because there wasn't enough space.

Their selection was great -- everything from coats, dressier dresses, sweaters, tops, skirts, jeans, shoes and accessories like handbags. Staff were so friendly and helpful; this is really what you want in a shopping experience. I fall at the bottom of their size range and because of my height sometimes have a hard time finding clothes that fit, but I found two beautiful coats (one a Tall!) and an amazing dress, and the total for these three items was less than $130, which is what a new coat might cost at Land's End (the brand of one of the coats I bought here)! I will definitely be back, and will check out the second shop in Rockford when I'm there for the Japanese Gardens. Helpful hint: my GPS told me I had arrived but I didn't see the sign and so circled the building needlessly: it's in the window!
