I havd got all my buisness clothes and some cadcuals from thid place. I love how they have the selections of clothes. The material is good, its value to our money we pay. I am petite and I get my size clothes too here and they look classy. They have a good service. If I do not get size they look in their backroom and if its unavailable there, they order it online that would get delivered to me at home. I highly recommend clothes from here. read more

I shopped at this store many times. I decided to write a review now. The staff is friendly and kind. I loved the clothes design of this store for men and women. The store is mostly organized and clean. There are sales throughout the store, but there is a big clearance section for men and women. I would recommend to enroll in the Banana credit card and rewards program. I get 10% off in store if charge to the credit card. There is fitting room in the back, but there is usually a long line to get in. read more

Banana Republic Outlet is always jam-packed with people. There is always a crazy long line for the dressing rooms. Although the store is jam-packed with merchandise as well, I can't remember the last time I or my husband found a garment worth purchasing here. I'm not sure why we keep putting ourselves through the heated sardine can, controlled chaos experience. I did note there is a petite section, but during my last visit found nothing to make braving the endless line for the dressing rooms worthwhile. The staff is rather "stay out of the way" unless you've got a question. They greeted us but weren't pushy. And personally, I LOVE THAT! It was slightly busy but the store is much larger than any Banana I've ever gone to. The store itself is very comfortable to shop in. Still on the upside scale of the company's clothes but without the claustrophobic atmosphere that most Bananas have where you feel like you can't shop as comfortably as you'd like because you're being watched or being too loud or having people clumped in the corner you'd like to see. They also have a great selection for men and women, far better than say even the Old Orchard Banana, which is also a good store. And the prices? That's where it gets GOOD. Outlet malls tend to sell a lot of "last years" fashions, so they're cheaper in general. And then, on sale? A lot of their normally 80 dollar skirts/shirts/etc. are TWENTY dollars. I found t-shirts normally for about 40 for TEN DOLLARS. Really cute too, just not the NEW fashion. But who REALLY cares?!??! The last thing that made me quite happy about this Banana was that they had the cutest boxers in the whole word. They were Banana Republic BANANA BUNCH boxers!!! Banana is one of my favorite stores to shop at. With that being said, I have to say that the clothes in this store are outlet quality (Old Navy, basically). The staff in this store is very hands off and not incredibly friendly. I have been in this store more than a dozen times, so I feel comfortable saying that. The line for the dressing rooms is always long, as the store seems to be really busy all the time. That might explain for the mess that I feel like I am constantly walking into. Associates were friendly, helpful, and busy keeping the store tidy. People in the fitting room were very friendly and helped me get other sizes, checking both on the floor and in the back, which I appreciated. The fitting room was clean, there was no wait as I visited before noon on a Sunday, and I found lots of great stuff, always at a great price! read more

Honestly, Banana, you should be ashamed of yourself. It's gotten to a point where I can't even walk in here without getting annoyed. The store is filled with Old Navy quality merchandise with your name on it. Most of the clothes are cheaply made and ill fitting. It's especially disappointing because some of the stuff looks good on the mannequins, but once you get close, or actually touch it, you realize it's crappy. read more

This is my favorite Banana store to visit because it has the biggest selection and it actually still has the extra small sizes available in stock when I come by or the smaller size pants I want. Service is usually pretty good too. I do hate coming here during the holiday season because it takes forever to actually get a room in the fitting room because the line is so long. read more

Just like the rest of the stores at this outlet mall, banana republic is really hit or miss depending on the time of year you go. I've gone before and have had really good luck but today nothing really sparked my interest. I can't really comment on the sales people. This is one of my favorite stores. I believe when I went, everything was 50% off, and I had an additional 20% off by signing up for Simon rewards(the company that runs the outlet mall). I got a sweater and a pair of pant for about $45, which would've retailed at about $110. On top of it, the staff was super friendly. I can't wait to come back! read more

Horrible customer service. I was waiting in line to try on clothes two minutes before close and when I got to the front of the line, they told me the rooms were closed and I could not try on any clothes. They lost about $200 of sales at least. Not good service. read more

Cheap-quality stuff compared to actual Banana Republics and definitely not the same maturity level of ware... Staff is either rude or hands off. Banana, you are disappointing me. read more
