I was greeted by Kelli, she was very nice very professional offered to take my stuff right away and start addressing room for me she also remembered my name cuz I have shop there before and she actually was the one who helped me when I needed to update update my last wardrobe. Then I was greeted by Michael he was very nice very kind very knowledgeable about everything in the store he remembered my name and that made me feel like I was right at home the both of them helped me pick out the perfect set of clothing to update my wardrobe they went above and beyond excellent customer service they are both rock stars I loved it too because they were very funny and they're just like the perfect pair of people to put together when you're shopping they were very honest with what I had on and it made me feel really good about the choices I made I love these employees each time I come in and I get to see both of them it makes me very happy because I know I'm basically getting a personal stylist and they basically took care of me as soon as I opened the door from when I walked out the door it was an amazing experience and that's why I will always choose this location to shop at I also like this location because it's always organized and very clean which makes shopping so much easier thank you Maurice's for having such wonderful employees that work here it makes my shopping experience so wonderful read more

I love shopping at Maurice's. The prices are always reasonable and the selection appeals to all ages, sizes etc. I've always received excellent customer service here. However, there was a slight mishap on my last visit that involved a return. The manager, Johanna made up for something that wasn't her fault and I had my doubts I would receive my credit upon a return visit to shop. She assured me there wouldn't be a problem. When I came in today she was on vacation and I had little proof of what transpired at my prior visit. Nevertheless, the ladies working honored Johanna's promise. It's rare today that businesses keep their integrity, so I really appreciate it. read more

I love this store. It's right across the street from me. The service has always been superb. You tell the retail assistants what you're looking for and they're on it! So, today was a REALLY disappointing experience. The retail clerk is obviously new. We walk around the store and I give her an idea of what I like. She's very nice and is aiming to please, but this is around 11:30, so her manager feels like this is a good time to go to lunch and leave her alone! There are about 5 other customers in there. So, the clerk finds me one outfit that I really like and then has to help everyone else. I find a couple of other things I like and bring them up to the register. I ask the clerk to put the majority of my $300 purchase on my Maurice card and the balance on my debit card. She says I have $$$ available on my Maurice card but then charges my debit card for all of it. I have people in line behind me, so she's freaking and tells me to call the Maurice's number and they'll fix it for me. (Seriously, was this her first day on the job, because she circled the number you call to do a customer satisfaction survey, and I'm not very satisfied!) So, I'm still in the store and I Google the stores National customer service, and they ask me, why can't she just refund the purchase and process it correctly? I have this on speaker phone, and by now, the manager is back. So, we're going to refund the money and process it all over again. But as we're doing this, we have to pull every single item out of the bag, and when the MANAGER sees that the clerk has, at my request, given me 4 hangers, she says, "We don't give out hangers." Seriously. I'm dropping $300 at your store, and you can't give me a couple of hangers? So, I just said, "Never mind, keep it." Got my refund and left. As I was walking out the door, I heard the manager telling the clerk not to be upset (good advice, given the fact that the manager hasn't given her any training) and the manager says, "Bye," completely sarcastically. So I get in my BMW and call the Corporate office and explain the situation and get all of the clothes I was going to buy at the store, shipped to my home for free, with a 10% discount for the manager's rudeness. THIS IS WHY WE ARE GOING TO ON LINE SHOPPING AND GETTING RID OF THE STORES. The customer service sucks so bad. The only time I will come back to this location is if I ordered something on-line and it doesn't fit. read more

Trendy, reasonably priced, great quality. What more could you ask for? How about 20% off? Yeah, the girl behind the counter gave me a coupon...when i realized I forgot mine. Huge store? This one is. Little crowded but that just means great variety of sizes for the perfect fit! Super cute pair of jeans on clearance with the additional coupon being less than $8? Awesome. I still love the clothes here, but I will warn you not to get the credit card. I finally submitted to pressure to join and save money and got a card (even though I didn't need one). I ended up buying like $40 worth of stuff on the card. When I got the bill I was going to call and pay, I called and was told that paying over the phone had a fee... forget that, I told them I would just go in to pay, so I went in. I was told that I couldn't pay unless I knew exactly how much my bill was, so she tried to call for me, she never found out the amount for whatever reason and I left, vowing to go back in later to pay. During this time I had a baby and had a TON of complications, I called to pay again and they refused to wave the fee, so I sent my husband in to pay it while I was in the hospital. They wouldn't allow him to pay because he didn't know the amount, and they wouldn't tell him the amount because it was my card. When I got out of the hospital I went in to pay and the system in the store was down. When I was finally able to pay the bill I ended up paying $50 in late fees, that weren't even really my own fault. ** The worst part is that they reported my late payment to the credit bureaus, but they also reported it on my HUSBAND'S credit report!!! He didn't even sign up for the card, his name wasn't on it. I didn't put his info on the application, and he had nothing to do with this card. I shopped here in my twenties, but now that I have had a baby and am in my 30's I feel too old for this store. Clothes are cute, but lots of polyester. even though they carry larger sizes they separate plus side from the the rest of the clothes. So if you are plus size just stay on the left side of the store. Friendliest staff in a juniors fashion store I have ever dealt with, but wish they wouldn't push their credit card. read more

Omg!!! I am obsessed with this store!! I shop almost every week there! My entire wardrobe consists of nothing but Maurice's clothes. I'm obsessed with the Jean jeggings. I love the hour you get when you sign up for a fashion consultant!! It's way more than an hour. When I shop in the store, the dressing room has my name and then VIP next to it!! Not only do they have the cutest clothes, but the customer service is always amazing! The women that work here definitely make my day so much better every time I've shopped at Maurices. I really appreciate great customer service because I've worked many customer service jobs myself. They always ask if I need help with anything, and are always smiling and cheerful. They make friendly conversation with me at check out and I've always felt the need to compliment them myself when I'm in the store because they are just so kind.
