When you walk in, you give them your name and they let you know approximately how long the wait will be while they help the customers already there. They told us about a 5-minute wait, but I was looking around at the shoes and the time flew by. The lady who helped us was super nice and really knew her stuff. I had several questions about the different shoe models, and she was able to explain the differences and help me choose the right shoe for me. Having someone knowledgeable there made the decision so much easier. The entire experience took maybe 15 minutes, and I was back out the door and on my way to my next errand. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a quick and painless shopping experience!

A short blonde lady yelled from the back of the store that they're "pretty much closed" and I needed to leave. I couldn't hear her well so as I approached her further into the store she yelled it again: "we're trying to get people out of here. We close at 6 so we're closed." No apology, no asking if I needed help, she just threw me out like I was some kind of nuisance before they were even closed. I'll never go back.

I was within the 30 days but well past the 14, as they were purchased as a gift t before Christmas. I went in and met CJ, an energetic and friendly employee. After trying on several pairs of shoes, CJ took me over to the youth section to see what was available. I was able to get two pairs of shoes in exchange for the one I was returning. And I am SO OK with that because that means the racks aren't stuffed with meh selections and they actually curate their offerings. But make an appointment--it's required and they book out! That is a very standard practice for any consignment store that doesn't just take all clothes as donations. When I shop, I always appreciate the fair pricing and selection. Work out clothes, cute tops, event dresses, jeans, bags, jewelry... I've gotten it all! I'm 39 and feel the selection hits my trendy/conservative style & demographic well. She actually gave me a dirty look as I entered the store with my return. On top of that, she refused to give me a receipt for my return, so I'm still unsure the transaction really went through. If a customer is in your store, the customer should always take precedent over a phone call, return or purchasing. Really poor service and very rude. Unacceptable Treatment Toward My Husband…read more I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, who was treated extremely poorly by an employee named Patrick. When the register kept giving an error, my husband suggested moving to another machine. Instead of considering that the register might be malfunctioning, Patrick insisted the issue was my husband's card and spoke to him in a dismissive, unhelpful manner. A short time later, another customer experienced the exact same problem on that same register -- clearly showing the machine was the issue, not my husband's card. To prove it even further, another employee stepped in and rang him up on a different register, and the card went through instantly with no issues at all. There was absolutely no excuse for the way Patrick treated my husband or for refusing to simply try another register. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
