During the winter it is always plowed so the snow and ice are not a deterrent. Sometimes lately brick and mortar stores look a little bare. They never seem to be fully stocked. This Kohl's location has every department full of great looking items. Everything is displayed nicely and is organized beautifully. This makes it so much easier to shop. Sephora has a large footprint toward the front of the store. It's big & bright and draws you in. I wanted to buy everything. I ended up getting some really nice candles on sale. They look and smell terrific. And being on sale made it even better. At check out, the young girl who assisted me was INCREDIBLE!! She was friendly and personable. She chatted and told me she wanted to make my day brighter! Thank you Kohl's management for hiring this wonderful girl. So many times customer service takes a hit but she made my experience even better than it already was.

Overall, there are definitely some good deals if you're looking for Lululemon staples. Most merchandise were made in Vietnam and Cambodia!

Their selection was great -- everything from coats, dressier dresses, sweaters, tops, skirts, jeans, shoes and accessories like handbags. Staff were so friendly and helpful; this is really what you want in a shopping experience. I fall at the bottom of their size range and because of my height sometimes have a hard time finding clothes that fit, but I found two beautiful coats (one a Tall!) and an amazing dress, and the total for these three items was less than $130, which is what a new coat might cost at Land's End (the brand of one of the coats I bought here)! I will definitely be back, and will check out the second shop in Rockford when I'm there for the Japanese Gardens. Helpful hint: my GPS told me I had arrived but I didn't see the sign and so circled the building needlessly: it's in the window!
