The wait time was 5 business days to personalize which is very reasonable. I got the call my items were ready on the 3rd business day. I imagine the wait time might vary! They are willing to personalize outside items if they can. I was disappointed but understood that stuffed animals I brought could not be personalized because they were not flat. Similarly, the tricky thing is knowing what can be personalized and how as a customer. Some things are clear or there's samples but lots of items especially for stuffed animals, I wasn't sure. Items turned out as expected and perfectly! They also offer free gift wrap which was nicely done. Convenient location for me as well. I brought in a sweatshirt to be embroidered. I thought it was unnecessarily expensive. Some shops in the mall can do custom embroidery in an hour for about half the price but I try to support local businesses. Then when I picked up my item I felt like the embroidery looked awkward. Maybe I just picked a bad font but it is a cursive and it didn't flow. I'd be willing to give the shop another chance but I'm hesitant to recommend the embroidery. If you're just looking for gift ideas this place is very fun.

That's girl math for you. What I love, other than the great deals are their work pants. There was only one brand who made work pants that fit me well, are comfortable but can be pricey. As recently as last year, I have found that Old Navy makes great work pants. The stretchy, comfortable types that feel like leggings but are loose enough to pass as real work pants. I love them and I have found them in my size at this very store. I even found a few at a really good deal (less than $10)! Not only that but Old Navy have upped their game in the athletic wear department. On my recent trip there, I found several leggings and workout top that looked and feels excellent. It is now a usual stop to peruse their athletic wear whenever I am in store. Checkout counter moves fairly quickly here. I haven't had to wait longer than maybe 5 minutes. Other associates are very helpful as well. I can't really complain! Great deals, nice people, this is definitely my go-to for bargain shopping.

Parking lot is huge as it is connected with other businesses. The entrance to enter Old Navy was a little weird as in the doors. I made my way in and it looks like any other Old Navy store. Huge with lots of items. I went to the checkout to pick up my Mobil order and it was quick and smooth. Cashier was nice and had no issues I used my old navy cash to benefit from the savings to get a better deal. I would return to this location if the one closer to me doesn't have what I need available.

If it weren't for the selection of brands that I personally love, I wouldn't go here as often as I do. I went to get a casual rain coat and I found exactly what I was looking for but I did have to sift through the coats to find the one I was looking for. Torrentialshell 3L Patagonia was hidden up at the top amongst a few brands. I could hardly reach it. If it weren't for my retail background I wouldn't have known they have one of those reachers somewhere around. I found one hidden and hanging, grabbed it and was able to get my size. I love that it's a little oversized so I can put my Nano puff underneath when it's winter so I can have extra warmth and a windbreaker. Also learned that combo from a nice woman from the alpine shop (probably my favorite) When I went to check out, there was a man in front of me who left his purchase and the cashier tried to get him back. That's when he said he was doing a return. So she had to refund him twice. Yikes. She was nice enough when she rang me out. Parking is hit or miss in town and country because there's so many great places in this shopping center. You may have to walk a bit even during the middle of the week when you'd think everyone was at work.
