Love the therapists, but the front desk staff just hung up on me 3x in a row! Really?! Can you not get answering machine for overflow calls?

Normally, I wouldn't review services, but this was an EXCEPTIONAL case. I was lucky enough to run…read moreacross this firm through..well.. word of mouth! My friend referred me to here after my niece had a speech impediment. I have family in the area, so I frequent the area often as the drive from Atlanta to Nashville isn't too big, especially if it can help the little girl. The inside of the building is extremely child friendly, and the staff are so amazing with Marie. They always greet us with a warm welcome, and Marie has been improving every visit. She was finally able to stand up and speak in her class presentation without crying, and she finished with a big smile on her face! I have gotten to know the staff very well through our multiple visits, and I cannot explain how much passion they have towards their practice and how much they enjoy helping children through their struggles. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a child that has any difficulty with speech anxiety or speaking disorders regardless of language because they will be taken care of by these great people.

Lara Kate has been OUTSTANDING, and very patient with my son. My son enjoys coming, which is amazing to me. Now that he's in school, Lara Kate Travels, and seems him at school. Very flexiable. We sure do love everyone, and would most definitely recommend to anyone who is needing help, getting their child help. Y

What a worthless piece of garbage. Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life and I've worked in 5…read moremilitary hospitals so I've seen some garbage pile physicians, to give perspective. Took my mom to see Nash bc her PCP Cantieri had been on paternity leave for several months and didn't have anyone covering down on his patients, which oddly enough, he was back today and she could have seen him, but instead the office thought it would be a good idea to send her to a new asshole. I've taken my mom to the ER twice for these new and worsening symptoms. Symptoms that are all listed on the ERs take home page that state "if you have any of these symptoms, go to the ER immediately". All of which are comprising her quality of life.. if you can even call what she's living right now "quality". She can barely walk. She's in so much pain she can't stand for longer than 5 minutes, or sit comfortably. We've begged for referrals, med refills, a doctor visit.. we even showed up in person twice trying to get her seen. This trash pile Nash literally said "well there's nothing I can do to help you today". When he asked what I thought he should do (after having us wait for an entire hour and then talking down to me like I was a 6 year old child, and also admitting he didn't understand what the word "lipedema" meant - uh lipo is fat, derma is skin.. cmon man.. you're a DOCTOR???) He then asked why it matered.. um well if you knew what it WAS, you'd know that it's painful. In response to his what do you think I should do to help her comment, I stated, "well if I were a physician and a patient came into my office in this much pain, I'd start by offering a toradol injection and maybe prescribe a steroid pack for inflammation, that's a good start". I got too angry to even stay in the room. Weird that directly after saying he couldn't help her, he gave her what i recommended. "What I recommended?!" How embarrassing for a combat medic who hasn't practiced medicine in 13 years to tell you, a doctor, how to do your job. He did nothing else for her. Why will no one look at her medical records? Why are her diagnoses not in her chart? Why can no one seem to do their damn job? Why do all Tennessee physicians tell you that you can only be seen for "one problem at a time" when all body parts are interconnected and these ongoing issues have now exacerbated all the others? Marshall Medical center is a joke. Most of my mom's actual diagnoses aren't even in her chart. Her cervical fusion is charted as "neck pain". The ER charted her heart attack as "myocardial infarction, possibly old", she had bacteria in her urine and no abx prescribed. She couldn't orient to time or place and they waited 3 hours to take her for scans. She's lived in TN 2 years and still hasn't seen an osteopath, rheumatologist, or neurologist. She's not in pain management. She doesn't get physical therapy or in home health even though she falls CONSTANTLY and needs help moving around. They actually sent someone to the house to evaluate her and then tried to say he didn't exist when my mom asked why he declined her for in home health services, they thought they'd get away with it because of her mental decline. They changed their tune when I said I had him on video at my house and a voicemail on the phone. That was all previous to this visit though, this visit with Nash was the most pointless cash grab appointment we've been to. I may not be able to sue for malpractice, but I can sing like a canary about the hideous "care" this dirtbag provides. Dr Nash is by far the laziest, most unknowlegable provider I've come across, and I see VA doctors, so that's scraping the bottom of the barrel already. I hope none of their patients have anything worse than a hang nail because they probably wouldn't know that nails grow on your fingers and toes.
