The place is clean and the physical therapist wore a tie and looked very professional. The physical therapist tailored my progress and goals to me, not just a cookie cutter approach. I actually drove by this tall building a countless number of times, which has doctor's offices and a walk in clinic inside, and did not notice that the building has a Benchmark physical therapy office on the first floor because there is just a small sign by the street. I actually found this place on an Internet search because I wanted to stay local and see if there was something better out there, which in my opinion, is better. I would highly recommend you try this particular physical therapy office.

The medical care is adequate, even more then adequate…read more  The problems are with the front desk and the billing department.  I went in for care on 1/15/2025.  I was told it would cost $250 or so.  I paid the amount (plus a surcharge for using a credit card).  Later when Medicare and my insurance processed the claim they said I owed about half that amount. I called Billing and had to leave a message.  The recording said they would call back the next day.  I waited a few (week) days and...no call back.  So I called Billing again and left a message.  Same result, no call back.  So I called the main office (during business hours) and had to leave a message.  Same result as my messages to Billing, no call back.  So I called Billing again and again left a message including the notice that I will cancel my appointment the next week if this issue is not resolved.  That time they returned my call.  The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. At that appointment they took an x-ray of my feet.  I asked the tech if I could have a CD copy of my x-ray.  She did not say no, just sort of acquiesced .  I forgot to ask for the CD when I left. Next appointment on March 26 I asked for the CD and was told they don't have CDs of x-rays.  They said they could email the x-ray.  I confirmed my email address.  When the x-ray didn't arrive I called the office and left a message.  Again they never called me back. I also logged into the portal and attempted to send them a message.  When I clicked Compose I got a window that asks, ":What type of message do you want to compose?".  But there is nothing to select nor anyplace to enter any text.  So there is no way to message them. Normally I would give this information to "management" but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that with a non-functioning compose window.  So now I am resorting to yelp.

He spent a great deal of time talking to my teenager about the surgery: what to expect realistically in terms of outcome, what to anticipate on the day of the surgery, and the challenges of recovery. He even looked at family photos to see what my son's nose was supposed to look like and explained what to expect on the day of the surgery. My family has been through a few health challenges at various Nashville hospitals, and no experience was as easy, respectful, and efficiently run as the one we had with Dr. Law. On the day of the surgery, the nurses were kind and competent, the facilities new and impressive. They run their practice in a way that's both personal and professional. And, most importantly, Dr. Law completely fixed my son's nose. After the surgery, Dr. Law checked in on my son to make sure he was recovering well. Then, a few days later, we discussed the pros and cons of further sports participation. My son wanted to get back on the court, and Dr. Law treated his concerns respectfully by explaining the medical reality of his post-surgery facial vulnerability. (He ended up playing sooner than Dr. Law advised, but we were definitely informed of the risk.) Throughout the entire process, Dr. Law made himself available for any questions we might have and continued to follow up to check on my son's well-being. If you are not sold the first few seconds speaking with Kristie (the equally amazing part of this duo) walk away because this all on you. I am not a fan of doctors and spent decades steering clear (home remedies, duct tape on bad wounds etc.) of them until I had my first visit (she came highly recommended from a podiatrist) due to extreme gout pain I had been dealing with for years, A dr. who actually talks to you getting to know you and your issue(s) and explaining the different ways you can attack to cure/treat. This is how it should be done. EVERY dr. in this country should be booking a visit as a patient with Dr. G and learning this is what patients deserve. I would go to the ends of the earth for these two women due to how much better I feel today both physically and how that has made me feel mentally. It is very rare to come across people you meet that you have true great respect for how they go about their jobs, and I feel lucky to have become a patient of Dr. Gannon's.
