We also had an item called butter chicken dumplings which was store bought frozen dumplings again with a tiny but of sauce on them. We waited 30 minutes, expecting the store to open, only to be told after all that waiting that the store would actually open another 30 minutes later. Why make customers wait outside for half an hour without clearly communicating that the store wasn't opening yet? Our time is valuable, and this was a complete waste of it. If your opening time has changed, communicate it clearly and in advance. Leaving customers waiting and only then telling them to wait another 30 minutes shows a serious lack of respect for customers' time. Very disappointing experience. Better communication and basic customer service are the least customers should expect.
