Joe, the GM, Robert, the assistant manager, and Germain, the sales team leader, handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine concern. They repeatedly checked on me, offered me a place to stay dry, made sure I was comfortable, and helped me contact a tow truck. Germain personally made the call, confirmed the price, and even followed up when the truck was taking longer than expected. What could have been a miserable experience was made much easier because of the way this team treated me. Their customer service went far beyond what was required, and their leadership and teamwork clearly show. Ownership should be proud to have Joe, Robert, and Germain representing this location. I have brought my cars there for many years and have always been pleased with the services and the friendly personnel. In addition, I have often recommended this car wash to local family and friends. Today however, was a shocking experience. The person that was running the front end, Jason, asked me what services I wanted, and I told him immediately that I wanted only the basic exterior and interior service. He tried to up sell to the other more costly offerings, which I declined. He was extremely aggressive in his sales approach, repeatedly pushing for extra services'. At one point Jason came up with the punitive question, "you mean you don't want the bugs off your car?". Out of exasperation I finally said to him, "I want what I want, just give me the basic full service". He inexplicably took offense to this and said he wasn't going to wash my car and that I should leave and never come back! I refused to leave and eventually got my car washed there with the help of the young woman at the register. I enjoyed a successful career in sales and sales management, so I understand the desire to "sell up". This process, however, should never be done in a overly aggressive way. Jason's entire approach and actions were totally unwarranted and should be unacceptable to any business owner. That said, I would be happy to discuss this situation with anyone in this organization. I would like this situation to evolve into an overall positive outcome. By the way, take a look at Nicole's one-star review on June 19th, just five days ago. It looks like Super Suds is turning away business (literally) when a customer does not want to upgrade. The "salespeople" (Jason?) are probably heavily incentivized to sell up and are punished if they don't. Incredibly, they are willing to turn away business in order for their percentage of up-sells to look good. Such a flawed system.

No more towels, no more air fresheners, they took out the mat cleaning stations, they took out the brooms with the bug removal stuff in it. They took out the window cleaning solution they used to offer, all for the same price. I will be canceling my monthly subscription just because whoever bought this place and said "okay I'm gonna buy the place, get rid of everything that doesn't make me money, I'll Keep the same price, fire some people and everyone will still come to us".
