I usually dig into a chile rellano burrito, which is made with fresh chile, stuffed with cheese and tasty tortillas. This size is huge with mild flavors and made right as you order it, hit and tasty. Hubby usually gets the cowboy nachos. Which even a half order can easily last someone for 2 meals. We also get flan, which is a generous serving with the some of the best caramel with a deep taste. Finally, I highly recommend not getting a soda, but grab a Sandia, which is made of fresh watermelon which always with quench thirst and is so refreshing on a hot summer day! If you go inside, make you hit the fresh salsa and pico bar to complement a quick and filling meal with some great flavor!

I mentioned I had never eaten Caine's and he ran through the menu for me highlighting the differences in options. The General Manager heard me say I had never eaten here and he came to check on my experience after I had utterly demolished 4 chicken fingers. I've tried returning a few times to give them a chance because I do love this restaurant in California. Unfortunately the service is horrible, employees are rude, and the store is understaffed. To avoid waiting I have ordered online a few times, but every online order I placed was wrong, or missing multiple items. Today I visited and went through the drive thru. I ended up waiting 50 minutes, and that is completely unacceptable. If you can fix those things it'd be a great start.

Ah, but it's been probably 30 years since I've been to an Arby's - my wife finds it vile but I had a hankering for a Beef & Cheddar, and figured the way to make it go away was to just have one. They have a serve-yourself soda fountain with a decent variety of drinks. Well . . . it's a Beef & Cheddar, all right. To be honest, the half-pound variety was just too big for the bun - the meat and the double measure of cheese and sauce just sorta glopped off when I picked it up. And, probably my tastes have changed: the Horsey Sauce didn't seem piquant and the barbecue sauce just tasted sweet. The thinly sliced meat didn't taste of anything other than salt and the "cheese" glop was, well, not what I remembered. The store was great and the service was great. Prices were fine. The food was okay and it scratched the antojo I was having for the taste. Probably won't rush back, though: I blame that on my tastes having changed - I suspect Arby's products are as unchanging as the Sandias.

I remember when the young lady that used to work there was at the counter. 6-8 people in line, greeted with a smile and Hi! Welcome in! There was a longer wait, but it was ok, because the service was good, and so was the food. Today? I'll never return. I spent over $15.00 including a credit card surcharge (a business owner that wants to take credit cards but can't be bothered to be a business owner and pay their bills.) I left a $5 cash tip - I figured I'd the business owner can't pay the 3% on a bad merchant account, they most likely aren't paying the staff livable wages... I sat down and put my gear down, and waited... for about 15 minutes, before this garbage salad that was falsely advertised as having toppings and 3 sliced chick'n strips. The entire salad didn't fill the bowl.? On the bottom were less than a teaspoon of diced tomatoes. In the entire salad there was ONE "fried onion." The lettuce was chopped like slop, there was barely enough chick'n to call it 1.5 slices. Absolute trash. For 15$ I ate my salad, listening as Morticia Addams' understudy pleasantly said good bye, have a nice day, et cetera to the customers who were leaving. I got up, threw my trash, walked out. Silence: The whole time I was in there, a cheap speaker was streaming some crappy 90s "radio friendly hip hop." When my salad was brought to me, even after explaining it's very hard to eat, or carry , a salad on a motorcycle, it arrived in a to-go/carry out, lid is RIGHT THERE,.Morticia helpfully pointed it out, a subtle hint that I wasn't a welcome guest. As I was gearing up to get on my motorcycle out comes our antagonist. Not to be polite or anything. To smoke or vape. I didn't stick around to smell which one she was doing in the doorway. I get it, lucky goose doesn't want my money. They've made it abundantly clear. That's fine. I'll go to Steelbender, where they have vegan options, and like that customers come on to give them money. I accidentally posted this review to the uptown location. I've never been, and will never be, to that location. This review was the knob hill location.
