This Chick-fil-A has the weirdest layout and is very inconvenient. As soon as we pulled in, the…read moredrive-thru line was wrapped around the parking lot, and the parking next to the front entrance was blocked off. So we immediately changed our drive-thru order to a carry out so we could go in. I have mobility issues, so I wasn't able to go in since we had to park so far away from the door. After my husband picked up our food, when trying to leave, we were blocked in by the cars waiting in the drive-thru line. It was such a pain! The nuggets and fries were good, and so was the kale salad, but my husband said his chicken sandwich was stringy. Not our typical Chick-fil-A experience!

Inside, it's so loud that you can barely communicate with the cashier, and they look at you like a deer in the headlights, and the seating area wasn't clean and what's with all the boxes stored in the front with the cashiers? The whole place had an unpleasant smell. I hadn't eaten at this location for at least eight years, or longer and I can tell you right now that I will never, ever eat there again. Plus, if you do park in a handicapped stall, when you leave, you won't be able to exit until an employee moves the barricades, or you have to wait in the drive-up line." The whole thing was really frustrating. The most ridiculous location. It's sad to see that this location has gone downhill, used to have an owner that cared.

We did arrive 20 min until closing for a take out order. We had a crazy day that day and the day before. Not sure why we chose that place to eat. Not sure why we stayed. We were exhausted. We never talked to them, just waited patiently. We knew they were upset at us for coming in the last 20 min. After we got our food, I went up to him and handed the manager and crew a large tip because we had arrived the last 20 minutes before closing. We felt bad that we came last minute and we still appreciated that they served us, but I told him that he just doesn't know what people are dealing with, to always have kindness. I cried and left. We Will never return to a five guys again. I had just lost my dad the day before. We don't have time for rude people.

He saw In n Out on our way to Target so of course we had to make our way in. He finally found something that sounded good to him. I really wish I can remember the gal's name who helped us. She was so sweet! She greeted us with the best smile. She helped my husband with his order. He's picky and didn't want all the extras on his double double, he's a simple kind of guy. We got all checked out and chilled in the dining area. It's so weird sitting inside this venue. It's so chill and cool. Our In n Outs back in Idaho are pure choas. It was nice to be able to find a clean table right away. We didn't have to stare awkwardly at guests to see if they are almost done eating. It was truly a refreshing experience. My husband polished off his double double. It was perfectly made. The fries were a little cold but he didn't mind. He enjoyed the main attraction. I asked him if Utah's In n Out tasted different from Idaho's. "It tasted the same". I think that's a great thing! Gotta love consistency. My husband had one last great lunch in Utah before we hit the highway to head home. Thank you to the sweet gal for helping us. I don't know if we will be back to this specific In n Out again but if we are by chance in the area, I'm sure my husband will want to make his way in again.
