But after ripping the sandwich in half by hand (and losing a lot of filling), then rolling it in half by hand again only to haphazardly stuff into a bag then toast. It's always reassuring to see people take food safety seriously. Both Kari and Shirley were friendly, efficient, and just genuinely kind. It's easy to overlook great service at a quick stop like this, but they made the experience memorable. Not greasy and not salty, homemade for sure. The coleslaw was delicious. It was a very hot day, and we had our pup, so we were glad for the partially shaded Ray's Boneyard patio.
